There are places that you've never been thread, but I'm sure there are places or things that you haven't been and no desire to go or do.
Mine is staying down town. I'm OK going there but I'm not much on guys in the street with their butts hanging out naked.
I said Grand Canyon but now that I think about it I'm probably never going to go. While I'd like to see it, I'm not sure I want to do the walking or climbing. My knee and back will be aching for a week.

For me it would be countries where English isn't widely spoken.

Can't think of many I wouldn't try. Hollywood or Beverly hills are places I have zero desire to visit.

Allegiant Stadium-the facility will probably outlast the airline. Gold and Silver Pawn Shop-just like nothing good happens after midnight, I see no point going there. Circa-just like Aria, Vdara, Palozzo, and other similar themed casinos, the low roller joints do an effective job at what they do to my bankroll. Pay parking at casinos-I’ll park elsewhere or walk, thank you very much!

LOL, I'm not of the target demo. :)

The problem is, they are only open in the day, and I've been under doctor's orders to stay out of the sun as much as possible due to skin cancer on both sides of my family. Besides, every Las Vegas pool I have been in has been COLD!

I have a Vegas specific rule that says something about never saying never, but I'm pretty sure that the Green Door and Sapphire Pool are out for me too. :haha:

Yes, and that bar that's intentionally sub-freezing cold!

Oh, forgot, go up in the Stratosphere tower! NFW! (I'm not afraid of heights, I'm afraid of falling!) :)

The big no for us is more a matter of mode. We're not grinders and we have no interest in the lower-tier properties and gambling for an advantage for use at a place where we'd not choose to eat/say in the first place. Now in our 25 years of once excessive Vegas visits we've tagged a LOT of bases we would not now, so it's not like we've never had a hunk of EI claiming-race meat or used a half-off at Roberta's. We have had Battista's and many of both the basic and the high-end buffets. But most all of that is a distant memory and as the frequency of trips dropped so significantly our "value" prospect matrix has followed suite.

We won't be renting scooters and running over turistas on the Strip. We won't be quaffing yard-long drinks under the canopy. We will actually trade off some VP EV. We have no need to experience every name-on-TV eatery but we're not averse to such things if we feel it will deliver steak and not just sizzle. (And we will always be interested in what is going on on plates locally.) We won't chase an extended bus route to get across town. We're not into the hip/trendy nightlife scene but that's really not a change. We've toed the waters at many pools but pools are not a deciding factor in our stay decision.

Beyond Vegas, we do have some "no thanks" feelings but that's a critter from another zoo.

Say “Sure, why the hell not, I’m loaded with cash” to a working girl at Bugsy’s.
Use the men’s room in the Greyhound station at the Plaza.
