An old motorcyclist trick we (me AND the trick) use on our helmet visors which, as you may imagine, are notorious for fogging....
shaving cream. It contains an ingredient that coats the skin which allows the razor to glide more freely. This slick coating also
prevents vapor from collecting on glass. You can also do this to bathroom mirrors, but some older mirrors may take a couple
    of applications.
Use VERY little on eye glasses as it will go a long way. If you use too much, you'll have a lengthy time getting rid of the extra.

It vastly depends on the mask, in my experience. If it's a sizable-enough mask that you can pull it up well above your nose, you'll probably be okay. The taxi dispatchers have great advice on this in my experience, since they're in sunglasses and a mask all day.

I’ve had no luck with mask positioning or nose bridges, but I tried this anti-fog spray today and was pleasantly surprised. Like all coatings the big trick is not to mess it up once you apply it. After two hours I noticed a few minor spots which I was able to touch up with a fine cloth. Six hours later I could breathe directly on the lenses with little to no fogging.

A strip of hypo allergenic surgical tape along the top strip of the mask creates a better seal and reduces fogging.
Have been using this for a long time.
Have not tried it yet but saw somebody suggest folding a kleenex like an accordion inside the top of the mask .

I had a huge problem with this yesterday in Wally World. I finally had to expose my nose. I know. Otherwise, I was blind.

When I was much younger I used to play hockey. This is before I got contacts and only wore glasses. Because I was hot and the arena was cold, my glasses fogged up. Someone gave me a tip.
Simply rub a drop of shampoo all around the lenses and wipe it off. It prevented fogging.
