4 Queens Redeeming crowns ending October 16

I thought I was going to get nothing because the apps disappeared from the Play Store but I have an old iPhone and was just able to download the old 4 Queens app and spend my crowns, taking a screenshot of the prize list and QR code just in case.

Was able to do the same thing on Binion's. At least now I have a chance of getting something. Who knows how long they actually will be redeeming these.

I will add my issue to the list.I have an ancient iPhone se..i know i know. I go to redeem and even get to the slot club number but the redeeming, button under all the info you put it isn't on the screen. I tried in july at the qqqq desk to redeem some crowns and the slot lady couldn't even make it work. Wife redeemed some on her phone but now i am up against the clock. Has anyone had my issue and if so how did you fix it. We thought of logging me in on her phone app but i have no clue what my password is as i set it up years ago.

 

I’ve logged out and back in again. I still don’t get a redeem button after I input my personal info. Will just have to wait and see what the support team say if they get back to me in time. My OH has the same problem.

They banned me for tap tap tap a few months ago. I guess they knew the end was coming.

To this day I don’t know why, and they do not respond to questions. I gave up caring.

 

They banned me too and stole 12,000 crowns from me. I was able to download it again, but only had enough time to earn $15 food credit and 6 well drinks. [emoji3525]

I redeemed my points for $100 @ Hugo's and $50 @ Magnolias. I guess I have 12 months to redeem my vouchers/awards. Both vouchers/awards are listed under my prizes, I guess I just show my vouchers/phone at the Four Queens during my next trip. Am I missing something? Thanks.

 

I’m guessing you had a redeem button beneath where you wrote the optional players club number. I can’t understand why none of my family members have that. Still waiting for an answer from support.

 

Correct, I did have a redeem button.

No redeem button for me either, tried re-sizing the phone font, still nothing. Sent an inquiry but I doubt it will be resolved in 2 days. Feeling very scammed [emoji3525]

 

I did get a reply asking for a screenshot. I’ve heard nothing since. I’m sure they are inundated, but I also feel cheated.

 

I went to "Settings" on the app and contacted support about my problem. I have an iPhone ES and apparently they have found a bug in their system that is preventing me from completing the redemption transaction. They said to email them my prize requests and they would complete the process for me. They cautioned me that it will take a little time for this to happen as I am not the only one with this problem. If you have an older iPhone model I suggest contacting support for their help with redeeming your crowns for prizes. Looking forward to dining at Hugo's in the near future.

 

@WHITEJACKET73 I got the same email during the night. Have sent off an email listing my redemption preferences. Hopefully it will be done eventually.
