    Couldn't you do better with a duster in Texas?

    For the former, my head goes to Nordstrom but it certainly would be seasonal and I'm not sure in season how much they stock up vs. a place like Seattle.

    not a lot of demand for full length overcoats in Vegas in the middle of summer. Not the market. If there were some, the selection would be very limited
