That’s insane! Hahaha I rebooked my March trip, free of charge only because of the virus, usually I have to pay $1-200 to do this because I buy web special non refundable fares, where changes aren’t allowed. I booked May 1-6th at Cosmo, round trip first class for $400, leaving me $200 in credits still. I’m optimistic in that booking, but thankfully American Airlines is allowing me to continually move trips forward with out fees. Soon as it’s open I’ll be on the next flight. Taking extra precautions of course and as long as I’m healthy.

Jet Blue has gone way up---back to the original prices after a spell of low fares for June.

We were flying american back in March and we had to cancel (and the casinos closed up right after I did.) We have rebooked a room for July and I’d love to reschedule the flight now. But the current rules say we can only make a change once with no fee. I’d love to book now though, because first class isn’t much more than what we paid for main cabin. They may “extend” the rule for rebooking anyway in the future. Any thoughts if I should chance it?

    Yep. They are pretty high.

I was checking out Delta this morning and they have full bed lay down seats from JFK to LAS for $500-ish for some dates in November.

Yeah it seems like there was a week window of super low fares but once the airlines caught wind that they would be getting a bailout they just jack the prices back up to what they normally are/were...

Just booked Sun Country mid July for $84/RT. Wife has an event that hasn’t been cancelled yet. We will see if it happens.

Just wondering, if planes require an open seat between passengers will they have to raise prices to make up for the loss of passengers on planes?

The regular Jet Blue seats are pricing at $144 one way and non-stop between JFK and LAS during many days in August. That's a fantastic deal. Great MINT fares are hard to come by but a reminder that the MINT flights between BOS at LAS are a lot less expensive and a good deal can still be had for summer travel and beyond -- Jet Blue's schedule is open until January 4, 2021.

Prices, from NYC at least, seem to be back down for August.

September flights to Vegas (on Delta) from JFK are ridiculous. 667 for a comfort seat. I think I may need to switch to JetBlue vs flying Delta. These flight prices are, imo, ridiculous and show no change since pre-COVID.

Absolutely you should and by some objective measures, it is a better flying experience, i.e., wider seats, bigger pitch, tvs at every seat, etc.

One way?! I leave on Thursday's and return on Monday's and the price is still ridiculous. They might have my devices tagged and charge me premium pricing...who knows

Yeah, I'm not making this stuff up. Look at the prices for a Thursday - Monday trip leaving from JFK into Vegas. 641 for comfort....they're even saying only some seats available at the pricing listed too
