I would call and double check. I'm in Tucson and the Mayors for Tucson and Phoenix shut down all non essential businesses, starting last night, where people gather. Also, this if from the Caeser's website and it says all North American properties are closed.

I had reservations there for today, since I had to cancel my Vegas trip, but then I decided it is best to just stay home. Good luck.

They used the word "OWNED" properties, and not all properties (they just manage some of them).

This page has all their press releases.

(my guess it will probably close along with the rest of them... but I surely do not KNOW)

Of course, everything is NOT normal. From an announcement they made on twitter yesterday, they are turning off every other machine; 3 chairs per table game; removed seating in Bingo; removed seating in food outlets; closed the Spa. As of yesterday, they are still open but things may change before March 31st. Best bet is for you to call them with specific questions or concerns.
