MyVegas Updated mobile app...how to cancel/refund pending rewards?

My iOS app recently updated and I can't figure out how to cancel and refund pending rewards. When I go to my wallent and click on pending, I see the 2-for-1 buffets that I purchased. When I then click view, I see my redemption code and all of the terms and conditions. When I scroll through the terms, there is no link to cancel the reward. All of my rewards are still within the redemption period.

 

I was just about to post this same question. Anyone know?

 

In the past there have been a few rewards that did not have the refund button and I had to go their website and do a support ticket to get the refund. They responded fairly quickly both times I did it this way.

Not sure about the new update though.

 

I had the same experience last month.

You can also call the Mlife desk and they can do it over the phone.

 

Since the update some apps have stopped showing the cancel button.

Most users report that by using either the desktop PC version or another app they can often see it again. (Try the MyKonami app in particular)
