    Bumping this thread

I am sick of CET hosing me on rates, and if I want to stay on the trip, would be up to consider TI. How do they treat lowish rollers there? How are the rooms? How is the VP and table games?

Ti was my home base off and on for better than a decade. IMO/E they treat lowish rollers pretty good. Back then, I was a low roller and always had room comps and FP offers. Recently though, after a few no-play and low-play visits and stays, my offers have been reduced to casino rate and maybe $50FP. But like I said, I more or less stiffed them a few times while transitioning to Mlife.

Rooms are perfectly fine and free parking in their easy in and out garage. They offer 9/6 JOB , 8/5 Bonus, 9/6 DDB and 8/6 BDLX for $1. Their slots seem looseish to me and the BJ rules are good.

The drag about Ti is that they are a standalone casino and I like to casino hop a bit. With Mlife and CET you can easily get a change of scenery while staying within the same players club. Not so with Ti.

I haven't noticed any big changes over the past few years. We tend to stay at different places each trip and are usually at an Mlife or CET place, but have stayed at TI recently and we do like the place. Rooms are nice and very decent for the price. I like the location, the casino has always been fair in terms of slot payouts and table game rules. The only negative thing I can think of that would be worthy of mentioning would be the smell in the casino. Sometimes it has a garbagy smell in certain areas. Not sure what it is as there is nothing visibly noticeable, but I did notice this on a few of my last times through there. This is just in the casino area.

I miss the kitsch and quality of TI of old, and the fit/finish and level of service you got from Wynn, that no longer exist. It's still a viable property but certainly one of those instances where I'd like to be able to wave the magic wand and bring something back.

I stayed a couple of nights in May of 2017 and was there to eat at Senor Frogs last month.

Booked the TV Ad Special and Declined the Resort Fees at Checkin.

Had Strip/Pool View and could see all the way down to The Aria.

Rooms are clean and have a Personal Use Fridge.

The bathroom was single sink, tub/shower combo. Was spacious and great water pressure.

Elevator seemed dated but they had security checking id's at night.

Mix of old and younger people in the casino. We didn't gamble last month but on my prior trip I thought the drink service was decent.

The new Sports Bar looked decent. We ate at SF and forgot about it or we would have went there instead.

Oh, and this guy was hanging around the pool drinking and hitting on chicks.

Since May of 2018 I have stayed at TI three times. Every stay has been without problem. My choice to stay at TI for the first time in May 2018 was based on: 1) ref in room, 2) location of TI - I like to be near Mirage and Caesars and Harrahs, 3) room prices where reasonable - I always got lower room prices when I booked through their website at 3-4 AM east coast time - same room on website during normal business hours (9 AM to 9 PM east coast time) was always higher, sometimes 20-30% higher that the booking price at 3-4 AM, yield management?
When I arrived for the third stay I was introduced to a host - for want reason I still clueless as my gaming budget for the first two stays was roughly $500 per day for each of the two night stays. I play only $0.25 VP and grind it out. Host gave me 2 free nights (it was Sun & Mon stay) and gave me $125 FP - I could not believe what was happening. I am sure it was a teaser offer but WOW did it feel good. Will be staying again this Nov at TI under the same deal - two nights free (Wed and Thur) and $125 FP. Last trip I left a fairly valuable jacket on the back of my seat after finishing a VP poker grind, Went to eat at Richies (near the TI sports book - get the porketta sandwich) and freaked out when I realized I didn't have my jacket. Went back to my VP seat and jacket was gone. I found a TI floor worker told them about my lost jacket - he took me to the lost and found (near the players club) and there was my jacket say and sound - what a relief. Another nice touch was the 2 for 1 buffet - I was solo and asked the cashier if they would consider charging me 1/2 price for buffet since I was alone - she said yes and gave me the buffet at 1/2 price. In sum, my three stays at TI have been solid and I found that TI tries to accommodate the lower rollers. Hope you have a great time on your trip and at TI if you stay there.

Love TI and have been frequenting there the last 3 years and since I was allocated a host.

Usually get 2 nights free and casino rate for the rest. Always get 150 bucks free play but hoping for more next time given my spend on the last trip.

We always get a corner room which is nice and quiet with no connecting doors.

Breeze Bar the servers are great! No matter what time of day or how busy they are they always make you feel welcome and service is extremely quick.

Not many great options food wise, although the Coffee Shop is great albeit very pricey.

Hit 3 handpays in 3 consecutive days there in April (2 Royals) so in my mind the machines feel loser than your typical strip casino.

For me I love the location and not too far away from the best of the action.

    Hope this helps.

Nope. Same crappy rooms. Same shabby casino. Same crappy restaurants. Same best BJ on the strip. Recommend never staying there or eating there but playing BJ there and only there.

According to their players club website some select vp games are $15 coin in equals 1 point. I’m going to assume these are the ones. Did you happen to notice that on these?

Do you have a link to that page? I can’t seem to find it :hmmm: It’s odd vpFREE2 doesn’t have the lower earning rate listed...

No, I don't remember seeing any coin-in/point notifications on the machines. I just looked through my VP pics from my last trip and I can't find any $15/point stickers, though my pics are more closeups of the screen.

TI has been my home base for every trip for the past 5 years. I usually get 3 nights comped with varying amounts in freeplay. The last couple of trips, I low played and so for this quarter my offer is 2 nights and $150 in FP. I love the beds - they are so comfy. I always opt out of the resort fees and we always have a car so the free parking is a plus. This upcoming trip I am staying 1 night and then going over to Venetian/Palazzo for 3 nights comped by one of my local casinos here in Michigan. I'm afraid that after staying with them, I won't want to go back to TI - LOL. But they are a good mid-range price hotel and a manageable casino that occasionally pays out big! I think their only real downfall is food options after 9pm.

Some people view TI as crappy rooms and a crappy casino, I have experience nicely maintained and up dated rooms and the same goes for the casino!
The customer service is always friendly and fantastic as far as I am concerned, also with minimum casino play you will get on going rack rate room offers than EXCLUDE RESORT FEES.
Free parking and valet, is also a great thing.
