    I am happy to report that the flaps were in fine shape and needed no renovation at this time.

    Well kids, I am packing up and ready to get to Coloradder.

    Total damage was around $2500/$2600, which is good for a week and with all of the extracurricular activities (Cheeto's, Pygo, Fish Sandwiches, fallating about, etc.).

    Thanks to all who participated and bothered checking in on any of it. You the (wo)man.
