Does anyone know of strip buffets that offer middle eastern? Not just hummus tabouli/Tabbouleh but kebabs or kaftka.

Spice Market and the Paris buffet had it eons ago, but not sure if they still do! (I preferred the Paris buffet years ago, hoping they still have it!)

FYI looking for strip buffets only. We won't go off strip, though feel free to post other options as others might want to!

Not for sure if they still have it, but my friend loves Greek food
and they had a nice station at Carve at the Mirage. Also have seen
it at Spice Market at Planet Ho. Bacchanal might have it - can't remember.

I was gonna say, if Spice Market doesn't have a section like that, they should probably change their name...

Spice market is the one Strip buffet noted for a mid-east section. Only difference between lunch and dinner is lamb kabobs available in evening.
I wish someone would step up with a Greek section on a buffet. Mexican, Chinese and Italian may appeal the the masses, but not so much to me.
