    It's not on the Strip.
    It's not downtown.
    You'll need an Uber/Lyft/Taxi.
I've tried so hard all week to not write this post, because OP specifically doesn't want those three criteria.
But, dammit, I just can't. Not anymore.

Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast. I've had it all over the world. Really.
I've never had it as good as I have had it in Las Vegas.
    On W. Sahara.

    At The Egg & I.
    You're welcome...

Took my f-i-l there for the first time this spring, Syringe. He loved it. Now this guy easily challenges my Vegas visitation tally. On the same trip, we took my m-i-l to Blueberry Hill. She loved it. In November we're taking then to Omelet House Summerlin. They will love that. They both observed: We need to get out of our routine here more often.

Love being a Vegas free agent!

I like MAG. I really miss Payard's Lobster Benedict, that was a go to breakfast every trip prior to closing.

It's a short walk off the strip but PUB 365 at the Tuscany has a great eggs benedict as a part of their Sunday brunch. Be aware that they use a croissant instead of an English muffin though and it works very well! They also have a lobster benedict and a pulled pork benedict (which is built on cornbread). Make your way there on a Sunday and you won't be disapponted!

That’s the place I was thinking of but couldn’t remember the name. The lobster Benedict was the best.

Salmon Benedict (aka eggs royale) at MAG is a winner for me.

The D Grill doesn't get much mention, but I've found it consistently good for breakfast, dinner, and supper. Their filet benedict is one of the best meals I've ever had because the flavors of all of the ingredients complement each other perfectly. Get a side of bacon too. You won't be disappointed.

    Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Supper

Supper is usually at ~3am, when you're out of your mind on 'insert vice of choice' :D

I might be willing to break my ‘no variations’ rule for this one.

In modern parlance, yes. Originally "lunch" didn't really exist, and "dinner" was the mid-day meal, while "supper" was the evening meal with "lunch" being a quick snack in between.

Sunday's only. Fat Choy in the Eureka casino. It's on Sahara a short distance east of the Strip. Yes, it's a local dive casino. Very clean and mostly empty when we have been there in the day time.

They have 2 great dishes there - a traditional Eggs Benedict and the Fat Benedict. The traditional is good. The Fat is GREAT. They use pork belly instead of the Canadian bacon. You will think you have died and gone to heaven. Reminder to tell them how you want your eggs - sometimes they overcook them for my tastes. If you have an MRB, there is a 2/1 coupon in there also. The restaurant has been featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives.

I'm tagging @westie as I'm sure he'll back me up on this one.

I just had those two weeks ago. I have almost the same pic in my TR. They were good and the service was very good. I highly recommend.

You recommended that to me in my TR. Yeah, I've been wanting to scope that place out for several trips now, but I always get sidetracked.
