I am staying at Mirage for the first time on a comped 1B Penthouse Suite. Do I check in at the Invited Guest desk or regular check in?
    Thanks.

I don’t know if they have “invited guest only” line at their traditional check in desk - but it also sounds like their Vip check in lounge which is pretty awesome it’s never busy also they have complementary bottled waters, soft drinks, juices and sometimes wines and oh yeah pretty nice coffee/espresso machine. I would check w mirage to see if it’s Vip lounge check in: if it’s 1 bedroom penthouse comped I’m assuming it should be and if not I would definitely ask for it.

To use the VIP, your reservation has to be "coded" for that. They will bounce your a$$ right out of there otherwise.

Invited guest will probably be okay. Check with host or reservations in advance.

There used to be an invited guest check in off to the right of the main check in area. The only times I could use it was if I was there on a comped offer. Not stayed there on a comp in the last few years, so I'm not sure if it's still there.

Not all Penthouse comped guests get VIP. That being said, you should definately ask your host. If for some reason you don't have one, get one. No one comped a Penthouse should have to check in at invited guest.

The only question here is whether you should use the VIP lounge or the invited guest line. Call to see what you’re coded for, as others have said above.

Don’t even think about using the regular check in line. Invited Guests basically means those with comped rooms.

Depends. I never see a long line at Mirage and often just use the regular line.
I am a very impatient person, if more than 2 people in front of me, I would have used the invited line.

The line does get long at times.

Especially late morning when people think they have to stand in line to checkout - LOL!

Emailed host, it is noted on my reservation. Thanks for the suggestion!

Enjoy the free beer, coffee, and soda, as well as your spiffy black Mirage key card.

If you have vip checkin and you try to check in at the “normal” checkin they will directly help you to the vip lounge. The VIP lounge has the best coffee in town imho.
