Is there any place that has a kiosk to get a new card? I find it very annoying in 2019 (or even in past years) that I need to stand in a line for someone to get me a new card. The fact they are saying people "should" get the new cards after the start of the month makes it even more crazy. Will slot attendants go reprint a new card if you're playing with an old one? (Just trying to avoid any lines as much as possible.)

No kiosks that I'm aware of. Lines at TR usually aren't very long, and if they are, check back 15 or 20 minutes later and will probably have cleared up.

Though if you sit down at a table after TR has closed, the pit boss will print you a card.

The only casino in Vegas that I recall having kiosks like this was at Treasure Island.

Ellis Island has these kiosks too. But I have never seen them in CET casinos in Vegas

I don't know of any CET properties in Vegas that have Reward Card kiosks that will print a card (new or duplicate). You will have to go to the desk to get one. Your old card should still work, even though it won't have "Caesars Rewards" on it.
