I have about $100 in RC for CET but I do not have a room at any of their properties this weekend. Can I still go to their restaurants within their property and use the RC?

As GDicke13 said, yes you absolutely can (same with MLife or any such credit because you have already earned that through previous play. It is not an offer contingent on staying there). The one thing I do want to add, is that if you are not going to be using the entire $100, it would be wise to put a few dollars (and your players card) into a machine because those reward credits do expire in six months unless you earn at least one RC by playing at a CET casino or if you use the Total Rewards Visa card, which will keep your points active as well.

Also... depending on your play and visits - using those credits will reduce you ADT and future offers.

Yes, your earned RCs can be used at any Caesar's property if you are staying or not. They can be used in most gifts shops and restaurants (if owned by CET) simply by having your card swiped at payment.

Depending on the number of CET gaming days you put in a year, you may want to consider "saving them" for another trip. If you have a minimal amount of gaming days a year, one zero play day could have a significant effect on your ADT.

Agree with @DaiLun but remember they are only good for 6 months. However, if you are not planning on being at a CET before they expire then you may want to use them or put some points on your card to save them. Either way it’s a tough call.

I believe gift shop purchase swipes do not count toward a gaming day. I will ask CET to confirm.

The best part of using TR point directly is there is no tax, so it's like an extra bonus.
