Semi Live: July 12th-19th Double D Vegas vacation

Eaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasy Wonder Woman.......... not those double D's! I will be staying at The D downtown (12th-16th) and Delano on the strip (16th-19th).

The offers:

I am double booked at The D and Nugget. I'm hooking Magic Mike up with the room at the Nugget(rush tower with possible corner suite) and sending a limo to get him at the airport. I also have about $450 in free play and food as well at the Nugget. My D offer includes Limo, free play/promo chips(host has been mum on the amount), and food. My Delano offer is mainly room and a few bucks in resort credits and and free play.(it was a mailer) The room looks really cool with a great view looking up the strip.

The to Do List:

1.) Have a grade A time with Mike from VMB. I got the chance to spend a day with him last year (see avatar) and had a terrific time. I saw that he cancelled his June trip. I reached out and made him an offer he couldn't refuse for an impromptu July trip!




2.) Play the new Simpsons slot machine. I have watched a lot of vids on it and to say it's not yielding a lot of winners would be a mild understatement. Hopefully I will find a loose one to have fun on.

3.) Give the D and Nugget 4 hours a day of play each. (Free bet blackjack and dice at the D.....Bac, dice, and BJ at the Nugget) I will also fill the down time with plenty of slots.

4.) Have a yellow chip session on the Blackjack tables. Last July I had a yellow chip moment, but went 2k, 2k, 3k......all losses. Soooooooo looking for an upgrade this trip.

5.) Smoke plenty of cigars. Going to check out the cigar shop in Binions for the first time. Cigar recommendations are certainly welcome.

6.) Keep a nice daily buzzzzzz! ........Alcohol buzz!

 

7.) The hookah king is not coming this trip sooooo I manned up and bought my own and it's packed and ready to check!

My last trip I had a roll of 7.5k......I had just ordered a new boat and funds were a little tight. This trip? Funds aren't tight and will be taking 15k of funny money to go to work with. Boat has been shipped and should be picking it up once I get back to Texas. Ranger is sending me a 2018 as apposed to a 2017.....pretty excited about that development too.


I just got the "time to check in" text from Allegiant.




We are officially counting the hours now. My plane departs at 1:34 pm and arrives at 2:11 pm.

Starting the trip up 1k thanks to the easy all star under winner. Got two Vegas/gambling movies I've never watched on tap for the journey mañana.

 

Shooting fish in a barrel right there!! How the hell it was at 8.5 is beyond me

 

Was a fun game to be holding an under ticket for sure
