I have a count down again. Although tentative and a good ways off, its nice to have. Working out some details and maybe taking some virgins with me on the spring trip.

Hoping to get another timer for sometime this year but not sure if it will happen, will see what the budget does.

It's never too soon to start a countdown - I think of it as long range planning.

I cant wait honestly. I need to figure out hotel rooms or change dates because I believe that is one of the more expensive weeks due to college basketball. If my virgin friends come, that will make it even better.

I see the "No more Vegas" post and have a hard time believing half of them wont be back. Its an addiction and hard to kick. Sure things are getting expensive, but I will rob Peter (gambling budget) to pay Paul (other expenses) if necessary.

I'm in the about the same situation as you are. One or three vegas virgins with us this trip. 2 not certain they will make it so a lot of planning on hold until I know for sure about them. I have emergency rooms reserved for 5...and another emergency room for 3 booked. Neither I really want to stay at though one of them is La Quinta and doesnt seem too bad if it had to come to that. Used booking.com with no down payment just as a security measure...Everything depends on next springs My Vegas dates right now though I suspect that week wont be available because of the NCAA tourney starting,,but hoping maybe Sunday to wednesday may be available.

I'm spending a lot of time monitoring price changes around that time..if you want to shoot me a pm of where you are looking at staying I'll keep it in mind if I come across a deal that you may be interested in..be glad to help..
