Went to the Bond Bar at Cosmo for some VP and cigars right after lunch. Now have been here for 5 hours because we're getting tremendous service here.

Bartender Mike is creating some drinks on the fly for us, and they are pretty much all great. The green one he called Liquid Marijuana and it's excellent.

    Haha, that's funny.

I was so curious about it, my cousin didn't believe me it was called BurGR the last time there. I should have made a bet with him.

Found this article, saying they quietly changed the name for marketing reasons. I kinda liked the old name, the emphasis on Gordon Ramsey's initials. After all, the celebrity is the selling point of the place.

Well timed buy on the BHK52 box purchase!

Hopefully the better tobacco crops Cuba is reporting in '16 and '17 will show up in a couple of years in more Cohiba production.

That said, the Siglo II I've had from 2016 are legendary quality. Grab a box or two of those now if you can.

Used the $75 off MyVegas coupon for the 36 oz tomahawk ribeye at Tender (Luxor). Splitting with my cousin.

Also tried the roasted bone marrow. Did not like it at all. But at least I've tried it and know it's not in my taste preferences.

Now at the Skyfall Lounge out on the balcony. Heaters are out of propane and it's a bit chilly when the breeze kicks up.

Probably staying for just one drink.

OP, I smoke the occasional cigar but am a real amateur. Do you have a top recommendation on the Strip to enjoy one?

The only cigar bar I have visited in Vegas was Rhumbar. Got great service. Ordered a cigar and when the waitress came by to check on me, I told her honestly that I had made a mistake and picked a cigar that I didn't care for. I didn't expect her to do anything about it, it was not her fault or the bar's. She immediately offered to bring something else, and provided a recommendation which I gladly accepted. It was much better than my own selection.
