Restaurants Open after 10:00pm

My daughter, a friend and I will be in Vegas later this month for a short trip celebrating both our birthdays. We've got tickets for 2 shows but would like to make reservations at nice restaurants for dinners after each. Seems like the restaurants I've looked at all close at 10:00pm. I guess we've never run in to this, always had time to ear earlier. Are there any suggestions for good places that stay open later? I know the bars do. We're staying in Caesar's Augustus Tower but can eat anywheres. Thanks!!

 

Lots of them do, although a lot of the fine dining places close.

You can generally look up the times they are open on their websites if there's somewhere specific you want to go. If you're willing to cast a wider net, go to yelp and filter your search by time at something like 11 or 11:59 on the night you will be dining late.

I filtered for 11 pm tonight and quickly saw Hash House, Gordon Ramsey Burger, Momofuku, Giordanos, Grand Lux, Sugarcane, Holsteins, Beauty and Essex, Guy Fieris, SushiSamba, etc. were open.

In general, it seems like some of the places at Cosmo stay open later.

 

Allegro at the Wynn has pretty good food and is open quite late.

 

At least one food place must stay open during 24 hour period in any casino/hotel . Only one that is not in the law is GG since , grandfathered out.

 

I am sure the Strip House at Planet Hollywood is open until 11 as is Mon Ami Gabi at Paris....Both really good places.............Rick

 

At Aria: Lemongrass (2am), Burger Lounge (12am), 550 Pizza (12:30am), Javiers (12am), Julian Serrano (11pm), Aria Cafe (24 hrs). The Aria website says Jean Philippe is open 24 hours too. That must be a recent change as it wasn't like that this past March.
