Just yesterday I picked up from Caesars AC a voucher/flyer that enables me to book 4 nights at Atlantis with no resort fees, some free play, etc. It looks to be about the same as the Seven Stars offer from this year that I had planned to use to November but did not use.

The offer I redeemed yesterday enables me to book for a stay, with a few blackout dates, between now and June 30, 2017, so yes, a relationship is continuing into 2017 but it might not be a standard offer for everyone. Instead, it may be for an offer you have to redeem in person.

Interesting. I usually take my free play (about $450 on average) when I visit over trip offers such as the NCL cruise. If I have to "claim" an Atlantis offer instead of the free play, that will present a difficult decision.

Oh, in a heart beat I would pick free play as well but this was an offer for Atlantis, take it or leave it. There was no free play option.

Looks to me as though the Seven Stars trip Benefits have been downgraded and what you got last year as a Seven Stars you now have to be a 500,000 Tier Credit Seven Stars to receive.
Specifically, I think basic Seven Stars have lost the $100 Free Resort Credit per night and Room Taxes/Maid Gratuities are no longer included in the benefit

Just saw that update also as I thought about utilizing that benefit. Now I'm not quite so sure. Even before the change, it wasn't that great of a deal judging from the trip reports and people that I have spoken to who have been there. Everything is quite expensive there. But the $100 daily resort credit made it a little more attractive. But now since the daily resort credit is gone and you have to pay all the gratuities, it gets quite pricey after a few days.

I'm basic Diamond and I booked the 4 night trip last year, played almost nothing in the casino (I am mainly a poker player), and had no issues with the room comp. I don't know if this would be an issue trying to book the comp again.

It looks like lowest Diamond offer has been slightly downgraded this year in no longer comping the resort fee for the beach tower.

Atlantis does not share any of your play information with Caesar's and Caesar's shares only your status level with Atlantis, so you really could avoid the casino but why?

We were there last month for six nights of which four were on last year's Diamond comp including resort fees and we paid a casino rate of $65 plus tax and resort fees for the other two nights. The resort fees at the Beach Tower were $49.95 and $3.74 VAT per day which included total access to the water park.

We played in the casino about three to four hours each night and while I just about broke even, my wife came away up over five grand.

It is a great beach style resort and we will use the Diamond offer again next February.

Because to me playing -ev games is a waste of time and money. To each their own. I would however love a free trip to the Bahamas and water park passes.
Do they give you 2 water park passes with the resort fee?

Yes, both of our passes were included.
