    I always buy a duplicate of any candy item I purchase for my bride, year-round.

    Nope. But I fully admit to shopping the day AFTER holidays and buying candy when it's 50% off :) [we don't tend to celebrate holidays by getting each other things, no presents or candy or flowers unless they're from the garden]
