Some nice architecture there - they'll be able to get away with a hefty resort fee for seats with a view....

Why not a hotel & casino on site. A game pit, craps & BJ with a field view. Would be cool even without a live game. tower rooms could be Field view, Strip view.

Where is the exact location they are planning this in regards to the strip and T-Mobile arena? I've heard over by UNLV and other places. I'm considering a 3 bed 2 bath condo in Vegas and depending on where this is I might have to make a decision sooner rather than later due to the jump in housing prices for sure if this is closer to UNLV where I am looking.

One is the Bali Hai golf course and I think the other is just west of 15 on Russell if I remember correctly.

    Good Luck!

I don't think they have decided exactly yet, but it's nowhere near UNLV.

That looks incredible. If it ever gets built I would go to a game once a year.

Raiders just filed for relocation a few minutes ago. Looks like time to get those condos purchased!

Raiders should also bring in Steve Wynn as a partner. Together, they can brand the slogan, "Just Wynn Baby"

Also, was just thinking this is interesting because much of the money will come from Sands Corporation which is a rival of MGM Resorts International. By placing the stadium directly adjacent to Mandalay Bay, this will provide an increase in traffic and overall revenue for MGM Resorts. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a joint venture between Sands and MGM on this project.
