I could use some help from this community.

I see these offers on the Total Rewards site. When I click on "Details" the description includes "To redeem your offer, please follow the instructions on your mail piece or email" I didn't get mail or an email so I have no instructions to follow There is an offer code but I don't know where to plug that in.

So my question is, what do I do with this offer?

 

Sometimes I don't use my host or the website; I make reservations by actually calling them, and I give them the offer code I want my reservation to include.

 

I have the same thing on my offers and will be there in September. I was wondering if it was like the free play coupon we used to get in the mail. I will ask at Total Rewards while we are there. It always seems like they have an excuse not to give us the offer we have listed.
I was wondering if anyone has been to the new beer garden area at Paris and if they take comps there.

Did you have any trouble using your "**NO COM $20 FREE PLAY" offer without a mailer?

I'm going to Vegas next week and I have this also. It's listed for multiple casinos but I am assuming it is only valid for one.

It's been a while since I've had one of those show up. I could be wrong, but I think it's like one of the coupons that used to be part of their mailers (I don;t get that type of mailer anymore either).

I think it is a freeplay offer that does not require a stay. I think the thing to do would be to take a screenshot of it that has the code and bring it to a TR desk and ask.

Or ask online via the customer service email form on the TR website, I've had pretty good luck at getting answers there.

 

In AC, you go to a casino kiosk, swipe your players card etc. and print the coupon. It's basically a free play coupon for even bet table games, at least that is how I used mine. I did not see any slot play options with this offer.
