What happened to the city that never sleeps? Wrong town? I am headed out next weekend to see the Ward / Kovalev fight. PPV fights start at 6. I figure the main event will start around 8ish. And be done around 10. Most of the nicer places I've looked at close at 10 or 10:30. Not sure if I should go eat at 5 or wait till its over. Any nice places open late?

Blue Ribbon Sushi @ Cosmo until 2, I believe.
    Allegro @ Wynn until...dawn?

Also, I believe the hours that are quoted on the websites are for "last seating" - they certainly aren't kicking anyone out at 10-1030.

A few years ago we ate late at the steakhouse at Harrah's. Where Ruth's Chris is now. While they didn't kick us out, they certainly made it clear they wanted us to leave. Service was crap. Perhaps after a big fight, businesses will have enough sense to stay open and make some money.

The Henry at the Cosmo has great food, breakfast all day and it's open 24 hrs. Maybe not "cuisine", but definitely a step up from other 24 hr spots in Vegas.

Julian Seranno at Aria is a great choice and not a tough walk from TMobile.
Through Monte Carlo and the coonector to Aria.

I like the Julian Serrano suggestion. Lemongrass at Aria is also open until 2:00 AM.

If dinner ends up even later (closer to midnight) and you're stuck with one of the cafes or 24 hour stops, I would recommend Café Bellagio. Good food and it has a nicer ambiance than the other Strip cafes. Plus, you may be able to get a table overlooking the conservatory, which is a great view

Wolfgang Puck at MGM is open to the wee hours. We ate there once a little past midnight. It gets very loud and it was still very crowded.

NOBU at Caesar's is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. I've eaten there after concerts at MGM Grand Garden Arena on a few occasions.
