On December... Has anyone gone to see him any MGM arena? Are they any bad seats I should avoid?

We went a couple of years ago. The MGM arena is HUGE so I guess it depends on what you consider bad seats. We were in the nosebleed section because we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for tickets. I was not a big fan of his but I am now. Even though we weren't close to the stage, this was the BEST concert we've ever seen. The sound system in the arena is great so you will hear that magnificent voice clearly wherever you sit. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Lucky you, @Drewm1972 ! Longtime fans of his, and fortunate to have seen him several times elsewhere.

We finally saw Andrea Bocelli at the MGM Arena a few years ago and he was awesome! As @NandJfrmNJ mentioned above, the sound system is great. (Can't recommend a seat location because we were on a comp and don't remember what section it was).

TIP: Allow plenty of time to get there - the walk from the front of the casino or anywhere in MGM Grand to the arena seemed to take forever, lol.

(Our daughter chose 'Con Te Partiro' (time to say, goodbye) for her father/daughter dance at her wedding reception - quite a few tears shed).

Your tickets will cost you more than a "tenner" :D, but hearing his amazing voice live has to be priceless!
I've only seen him on PBS...
    Enjoy the concert!

the mgm arena is not a huge arena . its actual considerd a small arena i love it .it blows the shittyy t mobile away thats a huge arena

second the sound sytem in the arena isnt great , its not the arenas , every act that plays there brings there owns so its totaly differnt each nite for every act.

i happen too know the guys who do andreas sound they do a great job its a company called pro media wich actualy was spun off from the grateful dead but thats another story.

if u have a choice in seats i perfer lower sections one or 2 from the stage. also if the show doesnt sell its a great venue too move too any oppen seats u want, hint hint

just came back from see black sabbat tonight it was a free for all it was empty.
