Stopped by here on a recent trip. I had a Groupon for a beer flight, 2 pints, and a growler to go.

This place was really cool. The beer was good (I'm not much of a craft beer person, but my buddy is). My favorite was the Nitro...coffee infused beer. Ambiance was really cool too. They had all kinds of board games to play while you're enjoying your beer. Cards Against Humanity, Monopoly, Jenga, Battleship to name a few.

To top it off, the staff was really cool. As a non-craft beer drinker, I feel like some people can get really pretentious and snobby when it comes to craft beer. Not these guys at all. They even let us come back for our growler so we didn't have to carry it around with us as we walked up and down Fremont.

Located next to the Heat Attack Grill. Great place, I would highly recommend!

When I get to vegas I get stuck in my rut and can't seem to find my way out. I keep saying "next trip i'm going to Banger" and have yet to make it.
did they have TVs? would it be a good place to watch sports?

My wife and I love sitting out on their patio, sipping a few brews and wagering on the weight of people who try the scale next door at Heart Attack Grill. We have been there 4 times, but have never sat inside.

I don't 100% remember, but I feel like they had a few over the bar. The bar itself is small and was full when we were there. Maybe 8-10 seats. I definitely wouldn't say it's a GREAT place for sports, but anywhere with beer and tvs is a good place for sports. [emoji3]

I was here on both my trips to Vegas.

I love it so much, and ALWAYS recommend it to people. Last time I was in there were TV's over the bar, but back to the future was on. it's not really a sports bar. It's just nice to have a nice beer, which you can only get there, and it's one of the few places in Vegas that I go as a tourist where I don't really feel like a tourist. It's a nice vibe. The staff are always happy to chat, and they offer a tour of their brewery.

The el heffe jalapeno beer is really good, as is the morning joe coffee one.

I like Banger, great beer. Their brown ale is delicious and easy drinking. It's also a relaxed vibe.

I love the place and went several times during our last visit in 2014. On our second last day I watched the USA v Portugal world cup game, missed the WAX bus back to the strip, missed the next one too (they're once an hour) and when I finally got on it it took Mrs Mikey 2 hrs to get me from the bus stop outside Tropicana to our room in Tower 1 at the Signature.

Steamin' doesn't come close to describing my state!

I'm back for EURO 2016 in June/July and I'm planning on going there for a lot of the noon kick offs. But I won't be drinking 8% rocket fuel like it's water.......

Goods shout on the Groupon deal btw. I'll nab that if it's still available in a few weeks time and use it when we meet up with friends over the 4th July weekend.

Might have to drive on down for a look at this, as I normally just watch the football matches in my room, unless it's one of the British teams playing.

Will have to make sure I'm not playing poker on any days I do, if they're handing out 8% rocket fuel :evillaugh

Do they have food/snacks there? Last time I was in there they didn't and I passed as a result.

I usually move around when there's a game on, so for instance I'd do the first half in Banger Brewing and the second in Main Street Station.

I'm careful who's around when England are playing as I was just about lynched when I pissed myself laughing when Italy knocked them out on penalties a few years ago :woohoo:

    ;)

I was just looking into that and it looks like there's some tie in with lvfoodjunky. They do deliveries!!

When we were there Mrs Mikey couldn't even get a soft drink or a wine.

This sounds like an absolutely great idea. Adding it to my "to do" list.

Haha, tough life as a Scottish football fan :wink2:

I've watched a couple games at the bar in front of the sportsbook in the Nugget, but other than that never really gone anywhere else.

Will definitely see if I can rally the troops for a trip to this place in the summer. You'll be safe from lynching, as I don't think any of us are that bothered about anything other than drinking :drunk:

It'll be the knockout stage when you get there. They may be back home from France already :Þ

The casino bar in MSS is great for watching games. They have 2 or 3 TV's and the beer's about $2 for a 16oz.

The only problem is the three TVs only get basic cable. ESPN, ESPN2, etc so if it's not on one of those types, it is sometimes hard to find a particular game.

I believe they are more than happy for people to bring food in from outside to eat.

Not sure of the issue with menus as all the beer prices are on the giant screen behind the bar.

    There's a good Happy Hour(s) daily too.

solid craft beer. I'm a wheat drinker, and their El Jefe was a great: Hefeweizen with a hint of jalapeno. But their Coffee Kolsch was outstanding. Think Budweiser with aroma of coffee beans (that is really underselling it) Was there in October, and remember at least 1 TV, "patio" seating, and someone cooking up sausages outside. Worth the walk.
