My husband and I were looking forward to dinner at Mix and just read that it is closed. Other than, the Eiffel Tower, what restaurant with a view would you recommend? Thank you in advance for your reply. :)

Foundation Room, at least the bar/deck has a great view, not sure about the restaurant... that's on top of Mandalay Bay side.

Ruth's Chris has a good view of the strip. It's at Harrahs. Bellagio has several resteraaunts with good fountain views. SW steakhouse has good view of their lake. Top of the world at Stratosphere is a good view, but it's far north. I'm sure there are others. Those just come to mind.

    Binion's Steakhouse has a great view ---
but it is NOT a Strip View, specifically.

I think Oscar's Steakhouse has a decent view as it sits on the second floor of the Plaza. Mon Ami Gabi has an outside sitting area that is right across from the Bellagio fountains.

Voodoo Steak at Rio. Subpar steak but great views and free access to Voodoo Lounge which has amazing panoramic views of LVB.

Alize at the Palms has good food and a view of the entire strip. The meal can get pricey, though.

Giada's at the Cromwell has a great view of the strip and the food is just as good as the view. Not high with it only on the 2nd floor.

We ate at the Ruth Chris in Harrah's last September and had a great view of the strip including the Minion's on the sidewalk below.

The main dining room of the Foundation Room has a similar view, but the absolute best is to hang out on the deck with a few drinks and enjoy the fresh air.

Ruths Chris at Harrahs has a great view depending on where you sit. This was our view last trip.

LOL!! The young one looked like Jeff Daniels in Dumb and Dummer. It definitely made for an entertaining dinner. The food was AMAZING. All in all, going back this trip!

The two of them argued through our whole dinner and only stopped to take pictures with people, or eat a sandwich when some person came and delivered foil wrapped sandwiches to all of the "performers". I don't know if they have a union or not. LOL. The bf and I laughed the whole way thru dinner, as did the table next to us. It was like dinner and a show.
