How long does it take for Wynncore marketing offers to show up after play?

I ask because I stayed in the Encore Tower Suites for two nights in April. I had booked 2 nights at a really good rate and though I am not a big player I played enough that my Encore Tower Suites room was comped at the back end.

For my late June/July 4th trip, I stayed 4 comped nights but never got an offer. Instead I cold called the number from WynnInsider and asked if I had any special marketing offers because the only thing popping up in my account at the time were lots of various offers for different discounted rates (the best one was 30% off for rooms booked 60 or more days in advance). The person with whom I spoke connected me to a host who said he would pick up the four nights I wanted to stay for the June/July trip. (I had booked the four nights at a low rate and the host changed the reservation to 4 comped nights.) He also picked up $200 in SW charges on the back end.

I played a fair amount during the late June trip and the same host has booked four comped nights for me from Christmas until December 29th. I checked my online offers and now I don't see any special discounted room offers, other than the standard 15% WynnInsider rate and one offer to enter a slot or VP tournament in August for which the buy in is $1500. It's actually something I would consider given the prize structure but I won't be there in August. Other than those two items, that's all I have in my online promotions box and I have received nothing via snail mail from Wynncore in years. I also confirmed online that my address is correct.

This seems odd to me so I wanted to check. I'm pleased with my host and the comped rooms but it would be good to know if I am entitled up front to an offer with slot play, buffets or small RFB, etc. etc

    Thanks for any advice.

I stayed at Wynn for the first time in April. I met a host during my stay and the room/food was comped. I received my first e-mail/snail mail offer about 2 months later. It included comped room and a pretty decent free play amount. It seems you should have received something by now.

I don't really know how their website works, but can tell you that I played at Wynn for the first time in years in late April, and then got an email offer for a couple comp nights earlier this week. So about a 3-month lag for me.

i've been playing at wynn since 2009, at first i used the get the quarterly offers but they were pretty bad (about what you could get with a normal coupon code) then as my play there increased they totally stopped, i just get slot tourney offers, never the generic marketing offers. Same as you if i call in they tell me no marketing offers but after transferring me I got what i wanted comped. last time i just emailed the host who contacted me after the phone call transfer and she booked what i wanted as well...

Thanks everyone for the replies. At least I know I am not going crazy and it sounds like i should have received something by now but I'll give it a few more weeks. If nothing after that then it sounds like geoff I may be in the same circumstances as you are with not getting generic marketing offers. Separate and apart from the fact that I love getting casino mail LOL, I like seeing the offers and if would be entitled to free play, even if a just a couple of hundred bucks, it would be great to get it. I I don't receive anything in a few weeks I'll contact my host to ask him what's up.
