They still have 3:2 or have they gone to 6:5?

They still had 3:2 tables in April. But they were few and far between. I've seen them as low as $25 (not this past April, though...Oct '14, I believe). But I would count on at least $50 mins and $100 is more likely. All the tables in the HL room were 3:2 as well.

Hopefully, someone has more timely info that contradicts what I'm saying. But with the way things have been going, I wouldn't count on that.

Go to wizardofodds. Under "Blackjack Tools" you will find a button listing conditions (rules) in Vegas as of January.

It's all 6:5 at Venetian/Palazzo below $50 a hand. The doubledeck at $50 is h17, DAS. That was the only game I surveyed on my spring trip.

While the wizardofvegas.com survey was decent in January, it's now badly outdated.

I just can't stomach playing 6:5 blackjack. $50 is at the upper limit of what I like to play at the blackjack tables. Staying at Venetian next week. Guess it will be poker and craps.... and the occasional slot.
