I recently had a $40 free play offer from Horseshoe Baltimore. I went there, put my card in a slot machine, and naively assumed it would recognize me (and my offer), just as it normally says, "Hi <name>!" But instead, I had to enter a four digit PIN. So I figured I must have set one up at some point, so I tried the ones I usually pick for myself (ATM PIN, etc.). No dice. Do any of you know what I need to do in order to create a PIN and take advantage of my free play? Sorry if that's a dumb question, but for all the years I've been in TR, I've usually just had free rooms and buffets, so no PIN needed.
You need to set that up at the TR booth. I didn't have one either, but I wanted to check comps using the kiosk.
Just go to Total Rewards and let them know you need to add a pin to your account. Not every casino does free play the same way. Some require pins and others give you actual vouchers. But the pin should be good nationally when it's done.
