They have a coffee maker that brews one cup at a time with their proprietary little coffee pouches that you might find in a Hilton. (Not a Keurig though)

Cafe Valet single brew coffeemakers in Jubilee Tower rooms. I don't think they have them in Indigo Tower rooms, at least the room I had didn't have one.

Interesting, last time I stayed a few years back. They had them in the rooms, bathroom counter area.

There are two or three 'levels' of rooms in the Indigo Tower - so it may vary based on room type there.

I've had them but the rooms were considered "Diamond rooms". I don't think every single room has them. That would be something smart that would make the resort fee make more sense. :Þ

I stayed on the 18th floor of the Indigo tower, a "Diamond Floor" and had a coffee pot in the room. The first time I stayed there, I stayed on the 25th floor and didn't have one.

Just booked at Ballys, and was working with a host. Told him coffee maker was a must have. He said my choices at CET properties were Bally's Jubilee rooms, Flamingo GO rooms, or everything at Rio. I am platinum, so that answer may just be for what I qualify for on a comp.
