Paris has a little areas reserved for Diamond players. Wondering if PH has the same? If so, is it good for watching games?

    Thanks!

Delete/Ignore. I misread the question and have no idea on the answer.

Hmm...I've never seen one in the actual sports book but they may have something in the Playing Field lounge that's attached to it. I'm pretty sure there isn't though.

I've seen a diamond player line but that was during a Kentucky Derby weekend

Yes, there is. Is tucked away in the back corner of the sports book. Its a very small area and barely separated from the main book. If you are in line to place a bet, this area is immediately to your right, slightly elevated from the betting windows

Thanks! I did finally get in contact with someone from the sports book. As UKFanatic said, there is a small area for 7 stars only. The SB manager is reserving me 2 spots for Saturday 9/6 (I need 5-7 LOL)

It's really small. The entire area may only be 7 seats!

Be aware that PH will limit your action if you bet relatively big. I was putting down bets at $550 a pop, when the manager said no more bets that day after only making 3 or 4 bets.

That's strange, because that is not big action. I have made multiple four figure bets at a time in this book. And even that is a drop in the bucket. Makes me wonder if there was some other reason they limited your action

I've never seen anyone restricted like that. Especially during Super Bowl, it seems like everyone is making multiple large bets.

Yeah that is weird for sure. $550 isn't nothing to sneeze at but the book doesn't get killed even if they lost ten of them to the bettor (assuming they are straight bets and not crazy parlay's). But then again even if they were parlay's the house advantage on them is so high they should book them.

A lot of sports books in Vegas "profile" their customers via requiring the use of a players card to make a bet over the amount of "x" ... where "x" is different from book to book ... and then they either restrict or boot winning players. One group will restrict winners by only allowing them 1 trip to the window each day to make their bet(s). Recently in preparation for football season another place that has many outlets around Vegas and claims that they accept large wagers booted over 70 players for 1 reason ... winning. The sad part is that the things I mention are happening both on and off the strip.

Well, I will be betting more than $550/bet and 7 seats total could be a problem. I have rooms at NYNY, PH, and Paris all of which seem to not have much in the way of sports books . Paris has a decent VIP area, but their 1980's projection TV's are just horrible. Same for Ballys.
