...whenever I see pics of my friends in front of the real Eiffel Tower in Paris, or gondolas in Venice, I think "they must be in Vegas" first... before I realize where they really are!

...whenever I get extra money beyond my normal budget / savings / bills, I automatically stash it in my special Vegas savings account!

...I think of events on my calendar in terms of "before my Vegas trip" or "after my Vegas trip"

    YOUR TURN!

I can be on vacation somewhere else and I'm still thinking and planning my next Vegas trip.

I have three casinos within 10 minutes of the house and drive 45 minutes to make sure I get my total rewards points.

I know if someone blindfolded me and dropped me off at riviera on the vegas strip. I could literally still walk to MGM blind. That is how well I know all the twist and turns of the vegas strip. I could probably walk the strip backwards

The musicians from my favorite piano bar are FB friends.

For a while (due to business trips), I referred to Caesars as my "home away from home."

I have the Statue of Liberty from NYNY as the background on my phone.

I can tell I am a Vegas addict because I have a spreadsheet of the hotels I have/have not already stayed at.

And because I used to try to talk to friends about a potential trip, and if they were interested look into when we could all go. Now I figure out when I want to go and then say "oh yeah, I should check if any of my friends want to come".

Then of course there is the matter of my postcount on a messageboard dedicated to Vegas.

So funny! I was just looking at some pictures from a friend’s Euro-trip this past weekend. “Bellagio”, “Paris”, “Caesars”, “Venetian” were the first thoughts that popped in my head as I saw my friend pictured in front of various landmarks in France/Italy.

I have made drunken, late-night calls to casino marketing and booked a hotel for some random weekend that just happened to seem like a good time to go to Vegas in that drunken state…and still decided to keep the reservations when I was sober the next day!

-Because Vegas is the only place I vacation to.
-Because I read this message board almost daily.
-Because one of the biggest factors in marrying my wife was the fact that she once lived in Vegas and is as big of an addict as I am. Not to mention she does Vegas the way me and my friends do...drink and gamble, nothing else. They have shows in Vegas?

Because I only watch TV and movies that take place in Vegas. Watching a whole episode of CSI is worth the 3 second fly over of Summerlin or hear them make a reference to seven hills.

I'm friends with the head supervisor at my favorite hotel's checkin. I just call her for my res, no need for a casino host, they are always so pushy.

I'm taking my whole family of 8 (yes paying for everything and everyone) just to hope my kids will consider relocating with me when I retire. What can I say, I'm a sucker for long shots.

I bought a house this year with a zip code that starts 89... Then I rented it, not for the income, but to be able to deduct my trips to Vegas as business.

I don't go out to dinner on Long Island where I live because there are never 2 for 1 coupons.

My grandparents all went though Ellis Island once, about 100 years ago. I've been to Ellis Island countless times in the last 10 years.

I can do this all day.

About fifteen years ago a co-worker starting calling me 'Vegas'. It stuck! Whenever I see him.....he still calls me Vegas!

A few years ago I had a personalized license plate....702....the Las Vegas area code.

Over the years our Vegas Man-cations have apparently become epic. Throughout the year I have friends of friends and random co-workers approach me and ask to 'keep them in mind' when we start planning the next trip. A few of us 'Founding Members' then get together and discuss who'll we will invite on the next trip. Lol. Sounds silly I know. However, through experience we've learned that a broke but high-maintenance whining sloppy drunk guy who requires their own handler eventually becomes a nuisance and liability for everyon in the group! "Ain't nobody got time fo dat!"

Because I refuse to holiday anywhere in Europe since my 1st trip to Vegas.....

because I try to convince my friends that I'm not a Vegas addict

Because roughly 30 minutes after I convince my friends I'm not an Vegas addict I do everything I can to get them to join me on my next trip.

Because Its the first trip Im going on with my new "friend" after my seperation

because its the greatest place on earth..........

& most importantly because anyone who can suffer through a timeshare day for some Vegas comps has to be addicted surely:poke:

Because if I won an all expenses paid trip to anywhere in the world I'd pick Vegas and it's only a 3.5 hour drive for us.

    * Because I watched Vegas movies that I like bunch of times (Hangover, Ocean's series, etc) and I watch the bickering reality show Sin City Rules just because it's in Vegas and they showed Vegas landmarks same with Vegas strip cop show.

    * Because I'm always on here or TA. Read Vegaschatter daily and play MyVegas half of my day.

    * Because we are getting married in Vegas in 3 weeks!

    * 97% of our Vegas wedding guests are Vegas virgins and I'm the giddiest one even though I've been there 4 times and counting.

    * I'm planning to go there again for my birthday in August. My soon to be hubby asked if I want to go anywhere else and I said nope.

    * I'm an advisor for my co workers, family, and friends who are going to Vegas about Vegas tips, tricks, where to eat, what to do, which show to see, etc.

i find this one especially funny because I have a DJ mix on my phone which is from a radio station in NYC and it has this tile with a small picture of the statue of liberty, and the funny thing is although it has nothing to do with Vegas, you can tell by the roller coaster that they used the image from NYNY rather than the actual statue of liberty....

A friend of mine suggested that I should just rename the town to Robbie, NV. I can't wait to spend Easter in Robbie, NV this year.

    Love it!!

I put the picture on my phone two trips ago because after seeing Despicable Me, my kids wanted to see a picture of "the Statue of Liberty....the little one, from Las Vegas." I loved it so much, because it reminded me of my trips there, that I have had it ever since.

Woo Hoo....I'm leaving tomorrow to head back to my Happy Place!! It has only been since October last year but I miss NYNY!
