    I know I'm a Vegas addict because:

My computer home page is VMB....

I don't mind when people tell me their Vegas stories even though I've heard them a thousand times before...

I go back and read my own trip reports just so that I can re-live my past Vegas experiences... I know, real pathetic.:(

In my bathroom the magazine rack in front of the toilet is filled with gambling books and past Vegas magazines that I bring home from the hotel rooms....

Hello. My name is Electroguy563. And I am a Vegas addict...

    Vegas addict because...

I can't function without a Vegas trip to look forward to. (have two lined up now)

I have picture of my favorite casino as wallpaper.

Vacation means Vegas, no place else. :)

If there's a cure for Vegas addiction, I don't want it. I can relate to what everybody has been saying; the movies, the bad tv shows, the websites, extra money is "Vegas money", my ears perk up when I hear the word Vegas.

I'd like to add my own symptoms of addiction. Most purchases are made with a Vegas application in mind ie; are these shoes good for Vegas? If I switch to a cheaper toilet paper, how much money will that add to my Vegas budget?

2013 marks the 40th anniversary of my first trip and I have been back there every year. It started out as two trips per year, but the last 30+ years it's a minimum of 5 trips. Six last year.

Not counting the two years we lived there.

lol, I am EXACTLY like you. When I'm bored I'll re read my TR for the hell of it, great way to relive the past. I'm really glad I wrote them cause I'd never be able to remember those trips in such detail years later.

And my bathroom and coffee table have old Mlife magazines on them.

... Vegas is always on my mind, whenever I have a moment of day-dreaming, it's about Las Vegas, either planning details of a trip, or fantasising about how my perfect trip would be if I would be rich for example (I know, it's silly, but works like a charm when I want to fall asleep)

... since my first time there, I want no holiday destination other than Las Vegas (waste of Vegas money!)

... my next partner has to be a Vegas lover too (how can it otherwise be a perfect match?!)

... most of my time I spend on my PC, is about something related to Vegas

... the more I get from it, the more I want/need!

    Nice thread!

Wow, lots of Vegas addicts. Glad to know I'm not the only one to think of Vegas a few times per week.

I can relate to every single one of these... but the true moment I knew I was an actual addict...

My wife and I were sitting watching Jeopardy, and Alex Trebek read a clue and the contestant answered "What is Las Vegas", my 4 year old daughter who was coloring at the kitchen table shouts "DADDY! HE SAID VEGAS!!"

Have to agree with everything said along with any movie or TV shots we pretty much know where and what direction were looking. When ever I hear a referance to cross streets I visualize where it is in the valley. We have family who live in Los Vegas and joke we can manuver around the strip better then they can so when we hit town, we do the driving.

I have an unfixed work schedule but work full time 5 8hr shifts per week. I always try to maximize my vacation time allotment by booking off the sat-tuesday and using maybe 1 day of vacation for wed and then work the rest of the week when I return so I have even more vacation time to use when I get home for another trip :)

....when someone says 3 words about Vegas, I can complete their sentence if it had to do with dining, location, gambling, or a specific casino.

....when I lose 75% of my original bankroll in the first day, every time I go

....when I get back from Vegas, I start shopping to book the next trip

....I refuse to travel west, unless it is a trip to Vegas. (I live in Texas).

    Addict and proud...

It only took one trip and I'm done. I go other places for the kids, what we want is Vegas.

When I came home and I heard talk of Vegas I say "Did someone say Vegas", and get in on the conversation.

When coins hit the ground I say "Vegas!"

For the past 45 days I've been researching Vegas EVERY DAY. 43 more days till I arrive.

    I have a "Vegas" account.

When my ACG book didn't arrive I ordered another from a reliable source, then sought a refund for the first order.

I "train" for video poker and blackjack.

    I'm stocking "Vegas cigars".

Single malt scotch taste on a Bottom shelf gin budget......

    "Hi. My name is Booker"

    "Hello, Booker!" you reply.

"It's been 6 months and ten days since I last had a Vegas experience and … so help me – I can't help myself … I'm jonesing for a shot of Vegas. I'm thinking next month????"
