I was playing $2 a spin I want to say on a penny Rock Around the Clock slot at Paris over Superbowl weekend this year. Hit the Major Progressive that was at about $860 with a 6 times multiplier. Total win was $5200..which they didn't withhold tax from but gave me a W2G for of course.

Sadly, after over 25 trips to Vegas, my best slot hit is $400 on a Wheel of Fortune at Casino Royale. In my local Indiana casino I once hit for $1000, $500, and $200 all within a 15 minute span.

My best slot hit to date was for $7500 on a 3x4x5x Megabucks machine at the Wynn.

Thought I had posted, but can't find it. My biggest slot win was $2500 at Caesars on our first trip to Vegas. I had put $20 in and gotten up to over $200 when it hit,,stars and stripes I think.....quarters. Pretty cool when Caesar and Cleo came to pay me!

Two royals both at Horseshoe in Bossier City...within fifteen minutes of each other on the same machine. Sadly, the max was 12 coins, and I had pushed five coins the first time.

Hope to hit some big hand pays and jackpots on this upcoming trip in less than a week!!good luck to everyone!

Update with my new biggest win from this weekend at my local. I was stuck a lot when I hit it.

don't think I've ever had a "slots" win, never play slots. Heard long ago that it was a bad bet, took it to heart. Does VP count, so far best is 4K on $1, still waiting for the royal.

Yes...bad bet. However, short-term, it can be like "Ka-Powwwww!" Long-term, it is definitely "Ka-Plunkkkk!"

Great thread! Reading all of these posts instantly makes me start "Fantasy" winning on my upcoming trip. But then, I usually fantasy win in my head any time I'm on my way anywhere near a casino or a scratch off ticket. I won about $800 on a $.25 machine a few years ago. Can't remember the exact bet but I hit a ton of free spins and me and my husband each paid $10 for 10 minutes of massaging our shoulders while all my free spins continued. We had no idea how much the credits were even worth so we just waited and cashed out. That was a nice surprise!

$239,000 wide area progressive on Flintstones in Ballys. Yay, a lifetime winner now instead of just a big loser!

I'm jealous of everyone on here. My biggest win was $150 on a $5 pull on WOF.

He's a US citizen. In NV, they do not withhold unless you ask them to..
