Unity by Hard Rock Icon status end date question

Bumping this to see if anyone has been able to match tiers at Mirage this year after matching in 2023. Website does not seem to limit it to new members.

 

Also curious if anyone has had any luck rematching in Vegas.

I'm out there now but if they're not doing it would wait until I'm in AC to rematch.

 

Yesterday at Hard Rock in Atlantic City I was able to match Caesars base Diamond to Unity Icon. Gave me Icon for nearly a full year.

My account did not show any changes to free play or offers after I switched but I wasn’t expecting that.

 

Do they match from Cosmo status?

 

I stopped into the Mirage a few moments ago and I can confirm that they will not rematch to icon. “It’s a once in a lifetime match.”

I also showed my screen shot of my Unity account that had stated I had till 12/31/24 to earn 15k in order to maintain Icon status but the representatives blamed the app for giving a false date.

 

I matched to Icon using a matched MGM gold card this weekend at Hard Rock AC.

 

AC seems to have different rules than Vegas .

 

Just curious if anyone has their QR code still listed as Icon but dashboard main page is a different status.

 

For those who renewed Icon status, were you able to claim the $200 celebration dinner? I was told by the Player's Club Supervisor that the reward had to be requested in the year it was achieved, meaning by December 31, 2023.

 

I did have this scenario until I was physically at Hard Rock AC, then the QR code said Star until I went to the rewards desk and got rematched.

 

Is there any freeplay? I heard they were giving out 250 or more for matching from mgm, though that was maybe a few months ago.

 

bummer! I'll be in Vegas and doesn't seem like they're rematching.

 

That was a one time special thing for when Borgata wasn't really fully operational for the hack.

 

Gotcha. Without a good freeplay offer I’ll pass. Haven’t been back there in a couple of years. Web page says they will give you 50 freeplay for tier matching, but that’s only for “new members”, not sure I qualify.

I've been trying to figure out if they STILL match any diamond to Icon (even though their website says "Plus/Elite"). Not sure if that add-on is new recently???

I only have basic diamond, but need Icon at HR

 

Just matched again in AC. No issues with rematch. Asked boothling if it's Diamond or just Plus and Elite for Icon and she said it's Plus and Elite only.

 

Anyone know if one gets any freebies in Vegas as a new member match?

 

I got $100 unity points when i matched to icon last year. They seem to be rather inconsistant about that though, as a few friends got different amounts, all between $1-300, and when we had that topic at a poker table, everyone stated different amounts also, one even got $400 last august.
