    all this person was doing was inciting others, while his opinions are valid and he has a right not to rent a car, his attitude and responses amounted to what others consider as trolling, myself included.

    I fixed the url. Trust me if I was on a sports forum, that image generates a lot of emotion. A successful troll is one that incites a lot of butthurt.
