What do you feel is the most under-rated restaurant in Las Vegas?

For me personally it would be Maggianos but I wouldnt exactly consider myself an expert in the restaurant business but the food, service and price for me is second to none of all the places ive ate in Vegas.

Personally I think Pink Taco at Hard Rock doesn't get enough attention. They hand make corn tortillas, have killer salsa, and a great Tequila selection.

Great things seem to happen to me there as well. Only place I've ever hit a royal on VP, and I once met a local radio host who gave me free tickets to a concert that night at the hotel..

Maggianos is also great, when I lived in town I took many dates there.

Folks who stay downtown should be giving Le Thai more love on this message board.

On the strip, I'm surprised Bar Masa in Aria doesn't have more fans. It's pricey, but the food (not just the sushi) is incredible.

Denny's, yes. Where a hot sandwich has multiple meanings.

i nominate embers steakhouse at the imperial palace...does anyone know if it survived the conversion to the quad?

if not, then i would recommend the cortez room at the gold coast.

I once stopped into Denny's in Vegas expecting nothing special.

But those burgers are simply spectacular.....

I feel like Earl of Sandwich gets way more love than it deserves on this board. Bugs me every time. Sorry.

I'd have to vote for Weera Thai on W Sahara. Haven't had a bad meal yet.

concur. They are some good sandwiches-but I feel the hype is not deserved. When you have one you kind of wonder what all the fuss is about. Its like a really good Subway or Quiznos-but not anything groundbreaking
