The ease of Pai Gow is that the dealers will help you set your hand once all others have theirs set. All you have to do is ask. Back in November, I found the late night Pai Gow dealers at MGM to be very friendly. Good Luck!

 

So I'm clueless about VP and trying it out. Is the the correct paytable?

 

I'm sure plenty of people think keno is stupid but I'm drunk on bloody Mary's and no food so this was like 3 turns in. Meh. It made up for my vp losses

 

And yes I always play my keno in a straight line. People laugh but it always wins. I hit 2000 on all 7's at Chicago brewing about 4 years ago

 

Don't worry too much about the paytables - they all basically suck on the strip. Focus first on learning the correct cards to hold in different scenarios. (Not implying you held wrong in your picture above, just general advice) Unless you are playing hours of VP per day, it's not going to make a huge difference at your level.

Unfortunately not. Like Suekel says, on the strip, pay table hunting will only make a small difference. For where you're at, I either play the game you picked (double bonus), or 6/5 Bonus Poker which likely is the best game at the bars now. They recently were tightened at MGM.

Yeah like they said though especially at the bars most are terrible, making wrong hold will cost you a lot more than the few percent in pay tables for sure.

Enjoy the trip! I too enjoy throwing a few bucks at keno, though I prefer live as opposed to video.
