I can see offers (hotel, tournaments, concerts etc) through the end of October.

I've got a couple of offers through the end of October but very few compared to what I had even a few months ago. It seems like the offers are rolling off alot faster than the new ones are coming on. As Sydney10 says, what I do have is pretty much 1 monthly offer with some free play and then a few random tournament type offers.

I can view rate calendar, but it just displays standard rates. When I click on 'my offers" it only shows through August. I currently only show 1 offer, but it doesn't extend past august. With the old TR site I would have several offers displayed, that would be for separate time frames. My current offer is for 2 free weekday nights, but nothing that is valid when I search for October dates....frustrating!

I did do the rate calendar, but it's just standard rates. My offer is for 2 free nights, but if I search past August, there is nothing. :/

That's odd that you can't see anything past August.
I checked the rate calendar for myself through each month for the rest of the year. All the usual comps are showing up. The only surprise is that they would charge a rate for the Quad.

Hunter, last Monday you said you would get back to me with the information I requested. Since I have not heard back in a week I assume you are very busy. Not trying to be pushy but do you have an ETA of when I might hear back or as an alternative someone else I can contact? Thanks

Hi, we are Gold with Mlife and usually get a couple nights comped. But lately the offers seem to be for only the lower end Hotels. I would be happy to chat.

    Huh?

This thread is about CET. The host works with proven CET gamblers.

And, making GOLD means very little. Offers and value are tied to theo.

I also tend to go off the grid when I have a ton of VIP's in. When I have people in town I am all-in on service so rarely do anything else, which I am sure many of you would appreciate from your hosts :) Thanks for the support chess, I got back to him the other day so we are good.

Yes, in fairness to Hunter he did get back to me. But with my avg bet of only $100 for 7 hours a day on my last trip I am still a small fish for him. But I do appreciate Hunter giving me my stats. Thanks Hunter.

This may have bee answered but what type of average bet/play is considered to be above that small fish threshold?

Referencing the post above, $100 avg bet with 7 hours a day is enough to be hosted by an executive host with pretty decent service levels, although service levels won't be as high as their higher worth customers. My cutoff is around 100 avg bet for 4 hours per day in most table games, although at that level I can't really dedicated a ton of time for service stuff unless I don't have a lot of large players in town.

I was assigned a new host with cet this year. I am low diamond finished last year with 40,000. I always stay at Bally's, and have always been made to feel like a valued customer...not so much with this host. He has booked upcoming trip for me in October, 2 rooms, paying discounted rate for the 2nd room about 30% off. I asked about having it booked under an offer that is on my tr that gives me 450 free play. He said no I can't give you room and freeplay. I usually stay 4 nights, have cut this down to 3 mainly because he made a mistake in the booking, and now I cannot change it without contacting him...he also did not book the type of rooms that I requested. ( he booked jubilee tower and I prefer Indigo tower). Can the host on duty change the type of rooms? I am usually so excited about my vegas trip but he has really changed that. I liked it better when I had no host.

Contact Hunter by email. Or call vip services and tell them what happened. They should give you the freeplay and if you are diamond, should try to get you a better room if you want.

Odd that you can't cancel the reservation without speaking to your host. When I've had a host book a room for me, it always showed up on my TR and was able to be cancelled that way. I'd do that, and then book yourself the room online with the $450 FP, then the other using the 15% off sale they're running right now anyways. If you're talking just the basic Indigo King, it looks like it tops out at around $200 per night on the weekends, so for four nights, you're losing $450 FP for maybe $100 cash for the difference between a 15% and 30% off room.

I do have the confirmation number, and I did try to do exactly what you suggested but when I get to the page that can cancel or modify it says I need to call. I tried calling and they told me booked by host, all changes needed to go through him. Your right about the cost of the room..although for the weekend I am going (Oct 24, Oct 25 a 26, its a bit more). Stayed in the Jubilee rooms and tower in February and found it much harder to sleep with music and fountains noise. The back tower is very quiet seem larger as well. I had such a great host that has since moved on. If you remember on Seinfeld they use to have a character named the "Soup ****".....I think he changed professions.

Thank you, Hunter. I was just curious. I think my rating for my last time out was $175 for the four days I was there. I don't recall the exact time but I go to Vegas to gamble so it was quite a bit of time for Fri-Tues.

My service level need is minor so it sounds like I'd be cool with that.
