Logging into my CET account to check the calendar( for me its always cheaper than the offer i get from them) I noticed that i have COMP for all of december but when i choose my dates (7 night stay) I only get comp for the first 5 days and get charged for the last 2 even if those dates say comp on the calendar Is it cause theres a 5 day limit stay for comp rooms or just a glitch in their system
Yes, there is a 5 day limit.....have to have 2 days away from property to book comps again after staying 5 days.
Just an addition.... I have booked 6 or 7 nights before, also with the first 5 comped and the remainder showing at a discount. Upon checkout, they have comped off the remaining nights. Of course, this depends on how much you play and it's not something you can count on. My plan on those trips was to use RC's to pay for the last night(s), but they comped it off both times. I could have moved to a different property brand for those nights to avoid paying, but had plans that would have made moving inconvenient. diane
Thanks for the info everyone guess ill change my dates to make sure i end up getting the fri-sat free since those nights are way more expensive
BINGO. And... if another person is traveling with you, have them log in with their name to see if they can get rooms for the other nights. (p.s. - Yes they show that all nights of the month are free in this case, but they of course would not let you stay there for a full month)
you can call and reserve over the phone so they can bypass the 5 night limit,that is only online but it depends on your play.
We usually get only three nights comp. We're usually able to do back-to-back for both of us and they've worked with us at the desk so we don't have to check out/in in the middle of the stay.
