The Awesome Burst games are available at casinos on The Strip already and December is still three weeks away so if these games aren't Downtown already they probably will be by then.

The best one is Giant's Gold because it features the "Fee Fi Fo Fum!" song.

    It goes like this:

    Fee Fi Fo Fum!
    Fee Fi Fo Fum!
    Fee Fi Fo Fum!
    Fee Fi Fo Fum!

    Fee Fi Fo Fum!
    Fee Fi Fo Fum!
    Fee Fi Fo Fum!
    Fee Fi Fo Fum!

    Fee Fi Fo Fum!
    Fee Fi Fo Fum!
    Fee Fi Fo Fum!
    Fee Fi Fo Fum!

You can find a bunch of these WMS games at the California, around the Pasta Pirate.

Thanks Royal Flusher... I'll be sure and look for Giants Gold near the Pasta Pirate... I love anything that gives me a little fun time playing. Fee Fi Fo Fum!

These are available at the D right now! Played them 2 weeks ago.

Dumped $120 into Tigers Realm 2 and never hit a bonus or the awesome reels random on the 6th reel.

Reminded me of why I dislike WMS. :nono:

Maybe you can win my money back.

Awesome Reels games are HUGELY volatile. Win big or go home (well at least go to the next machine).

That pretty much describes most of the WMS games that have come out in the last couple of years.

Back in the mid 2000s you could get a lot of play out of most video slots, but the catch was that it was very difficult to have a big massive win.

Nowadays most machines are capable of having those really big wins, like $100+ on a 30-40 cent spin, but the tradeoff is volatility which means you get a lot less play for your money

Which is probably why their stock has been absolutely obliterated in the last 3 years. People just throw in a couple $20's, then run screaming. Awesome slots are a money VACUUM......and a great example of why I dont play WMS as much anymore. The volatility has gotten too extreme. Great graphics dont bail you out when you drop $100 in a straight line down.

Thanks for the great tips... I'll be staying at The D... I'll look for it and give it a $20 try... maybe each day... that way if I'm lucky, yeah!... if not lucky, I won't chase it thanks to all the good advice about it's volatility.

Now that I think about it, these might have been at the 4 Queens instead. It was definitely one of those two casino's though.

Had a hot dog and fries, and some drinks at Mermaids, then on to Binions for more drinks, then The Fremont for more. By the time I wound up at the D or 4 Queens, I was happily buzzed and forgot which casino they were in. :poke:
