December Roll Call

Just swapped my summer Cosmo offer to December, so have rearranged my Xmas hotels, and now have them as follows.

3rd-5th @ 4Queens
5th-12th @NYNY
12th-17th @ Paris
17th-24th @ Aria
24th-29th @Cosmopolitan
29th-4th @ Nomad

Should keep me busy, and hopefully all the moving won't be too much aggro.

It will definitely hurt if this one is cancelled

 

Damn @Marky147, that’s a long trip - even for you. Hoping you finally get to make the trip across the pond after such a long wait. Christmas at Cosmo and NYE at Nomad should be fun!!

 

I've finalised by accomodation for the 21st to the 28th, 3 nights Tuscany Suites, 4 nights Bellagio........fingers crossed Joe will let me visit, my special Vegas account is looking healthy .........

 

It definitely is a bit longer than I've done for a long time, but I was planning to only do 3 weeks. Given how things have gone over the last year, I'm keeping all the rooms, and even added that 2 nights at the front in case there is an HGS event with myVegas.

I'll be gutted if we've still not sorted this by then, and have so much eating planned, I might look like Santa Claus by the time I get home

I think I'll just go to Bavettes and hide in my room, and hoping that ParkMGM is quiet(er) on NYE, than everywhere else on the strip.

 

I’ll be setting up a meet at Cosmo probably December 23rd or 24th. Will work out details closer to December.

Big trip shake up. Original plan was 10/16-10/22. The wrench in the plan is my parents receiving news that the owner of the house they rent wants to sell. My boyfriend and I are going to be busy with the move and helping them out since my dad is terminally ill. His palliative care was just set up for him and they weren't planning on moving until next year when my mom is set to retire. AKA this is not the news my parents needed right now.

This is what our trip is looking like now:

12/8-12/10: Cosmo
12/10-12/11: Bally's
12/11-12/15: Park MGM

Good vibes and fingers crossed that everything works out for my parents!

 

Have you considered a back up, in which you go for a holiday in the caribbean/mexico/can for 2 weeks and then go to us ? I have seriously started to ponder doing this as the opening of the straight from eu/uk travel for us is not looking good(you are allowed to cross to us even if you are citizen from said countries as long as you have spend previous 14 days in a "green list" country).

 

I know a few people doing that, but it's too much aggro for me, unfortunately.

I'd just stay at home for Xmas, and I've already got 4 weeks booked up for summer

 

I'm planning on being there Dec 22-9 and wondering who would be up for a meet ? Maybe just before or after Christmas.

 

We have tickets to see Journey at Caesar's Palace on Dec 18th. Might just be a one-night trip. Haven't booked the hotel yet but our friend wants to do either 4 Seasons or Wynn possibly.

I'm also eying up being there on Dec 26th for the Dirty Bird's 75th anniversary because I'm a nerd, but no plans yet.
