Aug 20-22 at the Wynn. There are having a special invite Callaway golf event where you get custom fitted for a full set of clubs. How many clubs you get depends on your play for the weekend. I am a sucker for golf events. I told my host it will most likely be cheaper for me to just buy the clubs than earn enough theo to get the full set for free. They start you out with a set of 3 wedges as the event comp gift, then have to earn the rest. It's not like I need more clubs as I already have 3 sets of clubs, one of which I keep in Vegas at Shadow Creek so I don't have to lug my clubs back and forth all the time. This is a matching set to my main set of clubs at home.

Yes, definitely see you there! Stretched out the trip a bit because of airfares. Will be working a couple of days. Celebrating a birthday somewhere in there too. Booked in the last week, so very late on the planning for me. Usually have everything booked months before the trip.

Another change in the spirit of avoiding weekend crowds downtown. Staying at Gold Coast for the first time, comped. 8/26-8/29. It was between GC and Sam's Town and figured GC is closer to other properties and the strip, and the Boyd Shuttle is still running.

 

I just got to vegas and will be here until Wednesday or Thursday. Last minute send lol. Don’t worry—I’m still going the following week as originally planned so I’ll be at the August 14 slot pull! I can’t make the August 6 one—is anyone doing another one before then or want to meetup?

26-30th @ MGM Grand…the party has grown…son and friend, daughter and boyfriend, bro and sis-in-law. Wife is still on the COVID fence about going….I totally get it ( she’s a nurse), but I won’t mind masking up for Vegas fun. Rented a lazy river cabana for Sunday!

First Solo trip! Cant wait to unwind and relax!

 

August 4th to the 11th. My 12th trip out and hopefully my first live TR. Maybe I'll see some of you out there!

August 23-26. Solo trip! I'm ready to organize a Slot Pull if some are interested. I've done many before that were alot of fun. 100$ each, one pull each at a selected machine (10$-20$ pull) and then we move to another machine or pull again. People can opt to pull out once we at least double our investment and those who stayed in can continue again. Let me know

The pull would be at the High Limit Area of Aria. I'd like to start on a Cleo II machine. I want to trigger the bonus at least once on a 20$ bet

It would be great if we can get a Brit on board to avoid the 30% taxes being witheld. I'm Canadian so they would withold 30% if we do hit a nice handpay.

Finally, got everything arranged. Arriving 8/28 and leaving 9/4. Our annual anniversary trip (47 years). Hope it goes better than the last one in April. Never made it home..ended up 2 weeks in the hospital. Almost recovered, going forward.

Jetblue just cancelled my nonstop flight leaving in morning with no other flight options, even though I checked in this morning. I may not be going and Jetblue sucks...this is the 2nd time they lured me in with a nonstop flight only to cancel. Now I think it's too late for me to get another flight or at least a reasonable priced one....checking...sniff..

 

Oh no!!!! I keep expecting that to happen with my non stop out of Toronto and hoping it doesn’t. I hope you can find another suitable flight. JetBlue, you suck!!
