4th of july weekend 1st time play at binions & plaza..when should I start seeing offers?

* I played for the first time at binions as planned on July 5th in the morning getting 2000 points (I know how many points because I did the free play promotion at the end before leaving binions. I know they are like 4 queens which for 4 queens I have their mailer for june july and august. I assume my play at binions will give me offers starting with their september mailer?

*I played for the first time at plaza evening of july 5th getting about 4000 points (checked kiosk before leaving). I have had a card there before but never put play in til then. I want to try and see what offers they will give me there. Any idea when I will start seeing offers in the mail? also I do not remember if they have my email address or not from when I first signed up there. I have to make sure I check at the kiosk next time I go to vegas, but will not go to plaza until offers start for me to not start a new gaming day til after I get offers there. Starting with free play is what motivates me to go back.

I am expecting a lot of free play from both casinos, but plaza I heard they do a 3 day in a row type a thing splitting the free play up. As long as its like $50 per day I am good with that, $25 the least. I remember first time playing at the grand when they first opened up they only sent me $5 free play for 3 days straight for my next trip and I just used the free play and left. I hope Plaza does not do that to me. I might give the grand another try soon though but first want to see what the Plaza will give me.

 

@SoCalMon depending on what you played, your play at the plaza is good, but not great. If you are a slot player, you did 4,000 coin in for 4,000 points which is probably right what they are looking at for a free room. At 10% hold theo of about 400 so comp value of about 133. With demand being as high as it is, you might not see a good offer for a few months, but when the demand dies down a little, it wouldn't shock me if you get a room and free play offer, on the thought process of expecting that daily play.

Binions is a little different story where the 2k points could be as much as 16k coin in with video poker. That should get you some decent free play.

 

Should I start seeing offers for both for September or October? I know 4q is out for June July and August so I assume September I will see something from binions. Plaza I have no idea.

 

Your play at Binion's will not make the cutoff for Sept/Oct as those offers have already been established. You should expect it to take effect in Nov/Dec.

 

Thank you for the information. My next trip might be in September but will not play at binions my next trip. I did that for el cortez too after playing there for the first time until they sent me offers in the mail. I did really good my last trip at el cortez earning about 15 dollars with of comp (no point multiplier or comp multiplier) more than my first play there, so I am going to wait until my offers go up (hopefully october-december mailer) before I take a trip there again also.

@alexm When should I start seeing offers for the plaza? I am still waiting for your response on when I should start seeing my first offers there.

 

I would think within the next 3 months, for me I get a monthly mailer for plaza to my email so unlike 4q they don't seem to be more quarterly. But even without an offer you can always call and see what they will offer you.
