Speaking from experience, keeping up with a live report can be challenging, but excited to follow along whether it is live or more of a slightly delayed recap. Interested in some pics of the Mirage Villa.

Regarding food, I think you've got some good options, but I am always hesitant to repeat restaurants on the same trip, especially 3 times like you've got Joe's. Since that is out of MGM and you can't charge to your room anyways in hopes of a comp, I would look at options across the street at Venetian/Palazzo or Wynncore slightly further. I love Joe's and would hit it for one meal, but both of those places have some really good options without going much further than the Forum Shops (CUT, SW, Lakeside, Costa di Mare, Sinatra to name a few). Staying in the MGM world, Lago at Bellagio is good, and I think Jean George at Aria gives Craft Steak a solid run for its money if you want a different steakhouse that you can still charge to your dining credits.

Pics pics and more pics. Live reports are best with imagery, especially chip porn, awesome suites/villas, and unique meals.

Indeed. I can’t recall if I’ve ever seen any pics of those villas on VMB.

Have a great time @Frenchy; looks like you have a helluva trip planned.

If there is something you like to eat, tell the butler team in advance you want the villa chef to prepare it. They can also get food for you from restaurants outside the hotel. Note, the villa chefs don't make the best burgers. You could always as for a meal at the MGM Mansion too.

The welcome cake is delicious. The pool area has a misting system if you ask them to turn it on.

There are renovated and unrenovated villas. Unrenovated are basically original Roger Thomas design. I think Villa 10 is the nicest new one.

    Enjoy!

Definitely villa pics please. The cost of dinner might be completely inconsequential ~ fair enough. But yeah, as much as I enjoy Joe's I would also keep it on M-Life a bit more given that transportation + check are covered.

Massage? - you have a massage room in the villa I think, seems rude not to use it!
Spa? - maybe next time  Fully vacc'd is great, but meh, next time......
Shopping? Ofc! Depends what brands you like to shop, I'm an anti-shopping male right up there with the best of them and I can easily spend 3-4 hours walking around Premium Oultets North.
Food? Whatever you feel like, I sense you are going to be well looked after. Pics please!

    Have a good trip!

    Have massage booked.

    For 2 days in Villa
I've stayed there many times, so they'll have Dom on ice, Silver Oak Cab, liquor will be stocked to, as well as the delicious homemade chips. They will get you just about anything.

I'll be sure to take pics of Villa.

Plenty if food, chip pron as well.

My level of play falls short of Villa and Mansion status, so it is always nice when a VMB'er can share the view from behind the gates....looking forward to it and get luck on your trip.

I always wondered if one of those Villa pools would be way cool or too quiet and isolated after short time? Very interested in your take. Can't wait to see your photos. I loved how they had them decorated originally but have no idea what they've done to them since. Have a great trip!

This trip sounds so great I must come out of lurk mode!

A lucky 7 of Mirage suggestions and questions for you, good person:

    1. Otoro at the Mirage is one of the most underrated restaurants in town. Worth a visit if you fancy some Asian food.
    2. How cool is it to arrive at the Mirage through the entrance reserved for villa guests?
    3. The Mirage also has some of my favorite cabanas in town. Those are worth a visit if you'd like some pool time. You can ask for one of the secluded ones around back or, if you want, you can request the more centrally located one. I hope Arielle is still working there — really nice person and wonderful service.
    4. What's the ballpark ADT to rate a villa comp?
    5. If you have stayed at the Mirage before the pandemic, how has it changed between now and then?
    6. I always have found the bacon appetizer to be my favorite thing at Heritage steakhouse
    7. This might not apply to villa guests, but the North valet is generally less busy if you want to get in/out quickly or need a valet.

    Good luck and have fun!

Almost forgot! This is a great review of a villa: https://vegassnob.com/2018/12/29/lanai/

You can set the pool to whatever temperature you like. The contols are in the wall. You can just get the butler to do it for you.

If you want company, there is a little gate you can open to head to the main pool area discreetly.
