Wow! That looks beautiful! What kind of drink is that? It has the color of mango or a deep orange juice but I assume it's something else.

You've posted a lot of hate for the Cal this week. Not sure why you hate them for not having a crowd on hand. Keep in mind they are a block off FSE.

Yep and they are suffering without Hawaiians. I enjoyed playing there in June and I'll be even more excited when MSS opens back up with the bar. Could be a while though.

It's an Orange Creamsicile shake. Totally yummy, but I wish I had some Whipped Cream vodka to add to it!

I actually like the less people, as I like to play in solitude myself. And I can get into the Cal Cafe with NO WAIT!

I currenty have 4 nights booked at M Resort in October. Curtesy of my local Ameristar casino in Black Hawk, Co. Along, with $200 per day dining. Thats alot of food for even me or a companion.

I have to say..i do like what I see here at M Resort. Great service. Lots of good options. I met a very nice host, who listened to my drabble. Ha. Oh. It took me less than 30m to get here from downtown, approx 17.3 miles.

Yeah, I can see from your attached file the place is DEAD. But for some people that might be a good thing.

Like I said, more power to them,

Everyone :nworthy: please help keep the lights on until this is over, or at least until the Hawaiians can come, MSS can open up, and everyone can win.

edit: (moved more of my silly ranting to my own TR)

Ok, last evening after M Resort.
What can I say or show....nada.
Sorry folks, the lucky fairy decided to stay in Hawaii! I just lost, and lost, and I felt lost. Only 2 quads today. 2 sets of aces and 1 quad w/kicker, the whole trip. I went up to my room at 130am, with petty cash in my pocket and my whole bankroll for this trip, went to supporting wonderful Las Vegas!

Notes: At 5pm on Monday, 2 BJ tables open, $10 minimum, and 1 craps table open by the Holo bar, that it. At midnight, no craps and no one playing BJ. I was surprised that they were still playing pitch BJ, with players holding the cards. This is my fav game.

There were still plenty of folks playing the actual coin-in slots, by the escalators. I like the slant top machines on either side. They just did not like me this time. Ha

I am a dengerate gambler when I come to LV. Mostly to gamble and eat. No longer consider myself a tourist, couldnt care about the strip and all people. I like the quietness of this place and how quick I get to my room. Room is not fancy and no awesome views that others post, but hey, it services simple me, just fine!

My increased mobility issues keep me from getting around too much. Plus, I had a huge fall in early June, that messed up my left leg. I had huge leg cramps on Mon eve, and had to get some tonic water along with my Pepsi. For some, TMI..but I always use the restroom handicap stalls, and love it when they have hand rails! (M Resort gets a A+!)

Now for the final tc/point count.
Pretty sad still w/Boyd's crappy players program. And we all know it. I played strictly .50 VP, no slots, no table games.

    Tc: start 7151 End 9552
    Total for 3 days 2401
That's an avg of 800 per day
    Bankroll lost: $2400. (!@$%#)

    Points w/11x on Sunday...
    Start 268,913 End 361,470

Thats all folks. Back to grinding 12 hr work nights from home. Lots of OT to save up for the next trip. Set for Oct 17-23. My longer makeup trip from April.

Thanks @MGinCO. I'd never heard of the MResort before this report. Might check it out this time.

I will add other notes, as l go along.

Budget car rental, Nissan Kicks sm SUV. Just perfect for me. 100 miles driven, gas $6.62. Rental cost: $114.46. I don't usually drive a lot, but I like a car in case I do. And I always visit my local friends, who live on Flamingo. west of Rainbow.

As I was leaving The Cal, a white Honda Pilot parked. Out came an older gentleman, wearing a white linen suit with a yellow shirt, and a Panama hat. Casablanca came to my mind. What a sharp dressed man!
