I could be down for a meetup on the 13th!

The Cromwell Happy "Hour" is at Interlude (the main casino bar), which also has VP and a lounge area, from 9AM to 8PM with $2 vodka cocktails.

Bound opens at 3pm, no happy hour and I don't believe it has VP.

cromwell happy houre is a dont for me!!(already mentioned that earlyer.) i did there a meeting with @eliza @smerrian and @Scott Blair but in my opinion not a good venue..the 2$ vodka cocktails contained almost no alcohol and the noise of the band playing was way too loud(even sitting on the outskirts we couldnt have a normal conversation).....but hey if you guys wanna do that go ahead:shy:

Oh dear! That doesn’t sound good. I met with a couple of friends there in the early days of the happy hour, maybe two years ago. That was a nice meet up, but it’s probably much more popular now.

I’m happy to try anywhere within reason. We have plenty of time to make a plan

lol when we were there place was almost empty except that band playing (2$ vodka of that brand sound fantastic ofcourse but in my opinion it was a miss.......the 3 for 10$ cocktails at ocean bar ph were excellent though)........i dont know but next to cromwell is flamingo and they have also happy houre at bird bar(dont know if thats nice but it might be an option as well..just brainstorming here to help gs out here) ...............btw @pebbles i assume you also got an email from your casino like i did yesterday? all is fine yet still 2 weeks to go keep our fingers crossed with this hysteria pfff:thumbsdown:

While my trip is still a full go as of now, I am starting to think that a meetup would be a bad idea. A lot can happen in a month, so no decision to make just yet. But close interaction between a bunch of people who have just been travelling from a bunch of different locales and airports seems an unnecessary risk magnifier.

If things get much worse, I could be changing a lot of my planned itinerary, but for now a meetup is the most obvious low hanging fruit.

Anywhere works for me. Even though I'm the one down at NYNY, there's the Aria tram and a quick jaunt from Bellagio.

It’s not looking promising for us. If the UK is added to the already current EU ban we won’t be able to travel anyway.

sorry but it would be the right thing to do..also many cases now in the UK..strange that trump excluded UK
maybe better if your flightco does cancellation of your flight(mine got in today) than at least you can ask restitution ..and what i heard its very quiet in vegas now and time you might get there city could be on lockdown as well (all buffets closed already and maybe casinos will too as there are already several emploeyees of casino who have the virus)its sad i know and i am bummed all sportevents all over the world are postponed as well:(

And we have been added to the ban, so it’s out of our hands now. Will wait to see what happens with the airline.

You are right @vegasnut of course it will be the best and safest thing to do.

Decided to reschedule to Memorial Day. Fingers crossed that things will be a go then. Good luck to everyone else in your travel decisions and plans.

I know we aren't meant to be speculating, but I think people need to be recalibrating their expectations. Don't have to cancel anything yet, but I would not commit a non refundable cent for any travel until the fall.
