I know it's early, but who's going to LV Super Bowl weekend?
Our group has been going for 15 years. My favorite weekend in LV. We fly in Thursday and leave Monday.
Already booked at Harrah's. Better book your reservations. You can't be too early.
Watching airline prices even though I have SW air points to fly free.
I'm a football freak, so this culminates the best sports season. In LV betting football, basketball and hockey.
Weather has been outstanding every SB weekend. We golf Saturdays. Always looking for a new golf course under $80?

I hear you that...’’culminates the best sports season’’; I’ve been going Vegas for SB weekend the past 25 years,
Me and a couple childhood friends, we see each other once a year, but always have a great trip. Gamble, eat, sleep, gamble, drink....a bunch of that. Then we fly back to our real life...family, work, etc...we get in thurs-leave mon...the weekend flys by way too quick.....but, you know what I mean...there’s that excitement! in the air on super bowl Sunday morning in the casino....hard to explain to guys that never experienced it, but it’s a great feeling anticipating the big game. Got my comped room, flight, rental car, booked...just got to wait until closer to SB, to reserve my SB tix’s to the comped private party.

Of course we are going again. Our group is up to about 25 people now, we seem to add a couple each year lately. Saturday to Wednesday this time.

Hotel and viewing location booked. Haven't booked my flight yet though, pending spousal approval.

Love being in LV for the big game. Hoping to get through the extended weekend without either a work thing blowing up, or getting a cold

I've been going that weekend for the last several years, so I am sure that I will be at one of the MLIFE viewing parties - either Aria, Bellagio, or MGM

Others can chime in about parties. If you have a host you should be talking to him now. Ours has booked our room. There are too many of us to get casino party tickets. 1/2 the guys don't gamble very much.
We sometimes book/reserve at a local restaurant. Restaurants and bar prices range from $60 - $250. Some years we do room service in the suite.

Gorigambler...getting vip Sb tix’s is very difficult, if you’re a low roller and staying on the strip, will be 0% chance, however , if your bankroll is at least $ 2000-$4000, for the entire weekend, and playing downtown or an off strip casino, asking a pit boss a couple comp tix’s will normally be accommodated.
However, these vip party’s are no biggie, you get free tail gate food + drinks, but you’re in Vegas with buffets, cheap Sb food/drink specials everywhere....so,
Anywhere you watch it will be exciting, fun, etc...you will be hooked on coming every year...and especially if your team wins!

Apparently the better question is who is NOT going. Quite a response for mid October.

If you can't get tix to a private party head to the free watching party at South Point

Headed out with a party of 9. We have rooms reserved at Luxor. One room may be comped on an offer, but the two suites we have will not be; luckily, I got them reserved before MLife cut the discounts for Platinums.

We will likely order food in and watch the game in one of the suites, but who knows?

Update...I now have an offer that gives me a comped Tower Suite, $225 in free play, and $250 in resort credit. I booked it because the previous offers did not work for that weekend for some reason. This one did. No resort fees. Whether the folks I put in that room get the suite or a regular room (I guess a downgrade could happen), it saved me $400 for that room.

Just firmed up plans tonight. Was originally booked at Mirage with an Expedia rate back in June. Then got an offer at TI late summer that was decent so booked it and canceled Mirage. THEN...got an offer this weekend for MGM Grand. A little cheaper than TI but it’s MGM. Booked it tonight and canceled TI.

My buddy GT is coming with and he got an even better offer from MGM. We each have a Grand King room.

We get in Thursday and fly home Monday.

This is our first time doing the SB in Vegas.

I’ll start researching for a good viewing party and will be watching this thread for info, meet ups, slot pulls, etc...

    LFG!!!
