And the complimentary pressing (4 pieces a day) that was picked up just before I went to the spa was in my closet when I returned.

 

Now enjoying lunch at Tableau and then I will get my gamble on, 13 hours after arriving, which is pretty unusual for me! Lol

 

I have never thought to order flowers while I'm there! What a lovely idea (saves for Xmas). Can't go wrong with Stargazers.

 

Georgian, thanks very much for the cruise/dealing with sea sickness tip. I am pretty sure I am going to do as you recommended.

 

One of the tastiest treats at Wynncore is the snack in the spa. There is a jar of chocolate covered cranberries, another with housemade granola and a third with lavender flavored and gold dusted popcorn. There are small cups into which you can scoop the treats.

To hell with that. I take a coffee cup and fill it up. Will wind up having a ziploc bag with a couple of cups full of treats to take back to NYC. Looking forward to enjoying that in my apartment one day when I am chilling at home.

 

Actually those and white asiatic lilies (basically the same flower sans the pink) are my favorite because of the fragrance. That's the flower with the orchids in the bouquet. Absolutelu wonderful. I got the fragrance, elegance and color too.

 

Tableau. Chilled green pea soup and a lobster Cobb salad, which looks too elegant to eat. First cocktail of the trip is Le Reve.

 

Complimentary birthday dessert is a citrus panna cotta.

 

Wow. You REALLY travel well. Have a fantastic trip and hope the royals pop up for you!

 

With treatment like this how will you ever leave the Wynn? If the VP machines are anything like your first day you should get a few body guards now. Looks like a great time

 

Thanks smerrian! Lost about 700 of my own playing on random machines while waiting for the ONE Hot Roll Poker in all of Wynncore to become available. Did 10 play quarters for 10 hands, then 5 play 50 cents, f or 10 hands and then 3 play dollars for 10 hands, during which I hit this, on my free play!!

 

Hoping this is a positive omen for the trip!!

 

Yeah, this is the "problem." Lol. Hard to leave and go back to the "real world" but I will experience every moment as best I can while here!

Just catching up...my internet has been down for 2 days. Very happy birthday! I spent my double nickle birthday at a casino as well. May this year bring you as much happiness as you have this day.

I must find a mint flight somewhere! The door is the best part to me.

The room, food and flowers are quite lovely. I am a happy weeper as well. It can be embarassing. I have been known to cry at art galleries and symphonies.

Uuhm, so I went a little crazy after that hand pay and gave a lot of it back FAST. Yikes. Went back down to quarters, got dealt 3 4s with a 9x multiplier and prayed to the gambling gods. Lol. Success!
