$5 craps meetup / December 8th?

if anyone will be around that weekend; and we can all get together and find a $5 crap table somewhere.

$5 table on a Saturday???

If you find one on the strip I’m in (I’m in for a $10 table too)...

 

I've seen it at Excal during the day

 

We may have to settle for $10 if we can get like 5 people that’d be half a table!

 

Silly suggestion... it seems you’re focused on table limit here. If Excalibur would be an option, it’s not that big a step to Lyft the group out to Orleans or Gold Coast, where I think you’ll have no trouble getting a $5 game. Very different vibe, yes... but I think it will be preferable to jamming the group into a packed $10 table and having to bet twice as much at minimum.

If you’ll be around on the Monday (10th), I’ll be playing $1 craps at Joker’s Wild and wouldn’t mind some VMB company

 

I’d definitely be up for a Lyft offstrip...but 99% of the population never leaves the strip (even VMB folks)
So that’s pretty much out.
Also, most of the time off strip it’s a “grind joint” with them slinging the dice as fast as they can to make up for low minimum in volume.

 

I would rather be at a $10 table that’s comfortable than a packed $5 but whatever works for most is ok with me...

I know beggars can’t be choosers but I vote ANYWHERE except Cosmo. I’ve never had luck there...

Good pure craps, no silly bonus bets, and it doesn’t get TOO crowded.

 

i think you uber to MSS. Think for just a moment. 10$'pass line 3-4-5x odds (I dunno) that's 10+30 or 40 or 50 for a total bet of 40-50-60. Why not max odds? Let the Hawaiian uncle show you the way... 20x odds. It goes bad and your home in time for dinner. Then again you could lose a 1000$'s on the strip and get a free dinner too. Not so with b-conned. They've begun the pillage phase, rape is done.

Not looking to hijack this thread, but myself and 2 other serious (and seriously fun) dice throwers will be at The D and Golden Gate on Fri and Sat nights (11/30-12/1).

If any VMBers want to throw some dice for a few hours shoot me a pm!

 

I might be able to meet up! Don't get in until 1pm-ish, and have some dinner reservations at Aria at 8:30, but those are the only solid plans. Will probably be sticking to the strip that night, at least until dinner. Ellis Island is $5, but doesn't open until 6:00PM. Should be $10 tables at Aria all day and evening as well. Cromwell often has $10 table. If we meet up earlier there should be $5 tables at Excal, maybe Trop or Harrahs/Flamingo, at least those are places I've seen $5 during the day on the strip.

 

If you're looking at $5, Excalibur is a good call, but you'll absolutely find it at the Plaza at El Cortez.
